Never again

Expensive vacation in a 4-star hotel The hotel is quite nice, the room was large but clean at first, after only the trash was taken out, the room was not cleaned. The room had no air conditioning, no kettle or coffee maker like other 4-star hotels. Just the name 4 stars actually makes it a minus 3-star hotel. In the morning at 7 am on Sunday 17.08.2025 the music was at its maximum so you wake up whether you want it or not and after 15 minutes someone probably noticed and turned it down. The breakfast does not look 4 stars, at least 3 with indulgence. I do not recommend it because the quality does not reflect the price asked for the room. A disappointment for a lot of money and ZERO service. Maybe someone will notice and measures will be taken to re-evaluate it in view of the stars. The view from the so-called balcony is gorgeous with a view of the park and the mountain but also the noise from the road because the balcony doors are old and don't close properly. In the bathroom they only change the towels, not the bathrobes, there are no ear buds and the soap and shower gel are bad, there is no body cream. The so-called pool is 1 m 20 cm deep and very small and the jacuzzi doesn't work and you have to look for the cleaning woman to let it go because she closes it and then you wait for your money and time. At the pool the floor is wet because this cleaning woman doesn't wipe it and it is very slippery. Total disappointment. This is the first and last time I will stay in this hotel. 1450/ 3 nights.Internet it ZERO TOO.
Prices are like outside and the comfort and services are of low quality

Set menu lunch in the hotel restaurant with a group on tour in Romania. The restaurant is close to the park of this beautiful city, the "pearl of the Carpathians", very touristy. Very beautiful and well preserved historical environment of the early 1900s. There is an elegant air of yesteryear.
Good food is well served.

The best papanasi in town

The best papanasi in town, for all tastes. Nice place, very friendly staff, on a rainy day, the papanasi brought the sun to the plates. With homemade blueberry jam and chocolate. You won't regret it. You'll enjoy it. I recommend it in the rain.

Bad choice!

Bad hotel! They don’t have water after 21:00, don’t have parking, the pool is very ugly and small and also only with money! Don’t stay in this hotel! All services are very bad with a lot of money! The personal don’t care if you want something, don’t care! Very, very bad experience with Hotel Palace from Sinaia!
