Very good food

I was at a wedding this year and the food was very good. Also the staff was nice and the owner who was supervising the events was very friendly. The owner both the hotel a couple of years ago, I have been also to a wedding in that period and I could make the difference, now It's better.

SHAMEFUL and to be avoided

The restaurant is really SHAMEFUL!!! Arrogant, aggressive and grumpy staff (both the redheaded lady and the blonde lady). CHANGE YOUR JOB!!!
A bottle of wine costs and NEVER arrived, very long waiting times. Both for a bottle of water (15 minutes) and for dishes (30 minutes waiting between courses). Yet it was a set menu.... Quality of food: edible and it is better that I do not add anything else.
Rooms are acceptable. So, the only compulsory star to put, goes for the rooms where, having slept in the adjacent Miraj hotel, to get to the room we had to go through a toilet common to all that then I discovered was of prevalent use of the service staff, it being understood that any guest, could have used it

Unexpected good for 3*

Nice refurbished, clean and quiet place, near town center.
Close to museums and Corso.
Also, the town of Falticeni is in the area of painted monasteries, less than one hour to all interesting places.

Average

Good points: location nearby city center, clean rooms, front desk staff very friendly. Food is good.
Bad points: rooms smell like cigarettes, bathrooms have no shower cabins, just courtains and water splashes everywhere. The restaurant waiters are terrible, mixing up orders and generally rude.

Bogata Trip

Positives: Clean, excellent prices, decent food at a late hour, excellent night person. Negatives: No air conditioning, no way to allow the outside air to flow through the room, with the window open it was very noisy with dogs, cars, people, birds and etc. from 4:30 AM until we left. The beds are just a little too short for my 6' frame. We do not stay in this area at all but would probably look for a different place to stay if we are back in the Falticeni area.
