A pleasant and relaxing stay

We were guests at the Jojo Imperial for 3 nights in an apartment. We were pleasantly surprised by everything we experienced. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to meet our demands (a big shoutout to Cristi and Ionela ) The apartment was very spacious, the bed was confortable, but the sofa was not very high quality. Everything at Jojo is extremely clean (rooms, bathrooms ,spa area). The indoor pool was wonderful for the children. It's not very large, but it wasn't crowded at all. The adults spent quality time at the outdoor thermal bath next to the river, which was warm an cozy. It was a big plus! The water there is changed every morning.
I read some negative reviews about food not being varied or enough. We were definetly not starving over there . There were enough options for breakfast in my opinion. Dinner is a choice out of two options. Tasty and plentiful. Though it will not be enough for those accustomed to eat until they pop at AI resorts. A big minus are deserts, which are indeed of low quality
For whom it may concern: the restaurant closes at 22:00, and after that, there is no more activity in the entire establishment.
We were at walking distance from the center, taking lots of walks and enjoying the spectacular nature.
We highly recommend Jojo Imperial for families with children. It is probably even better in summer, when the outdoor pool is in use. We will certainly return to test it.

An excellence experience

I spent a few days with my husband at the Jojo Imperial guesthouse. The accommodation conditions are of a very high quality and the reception staff is always friendly and extremely efficient. We really relaxed during our stay at Jojo Imperial and we will come back here whenever time allows.

Reservation system failure, and human failure

One star because we made reservations 5 days in advance and when we arrived at the location after a 300 km drive they told us there are no reservations. After a short investigation it turned up they had an error in the booking system which deleted all bookings that were made that day. Our reservation still remained on paper but was not re-booked in the system after the error. They just booked others on the space freed up by the error giving no considerations to previous engagements. Since there were no free rooms in their other location, we had to drive back home.
The attitude from the receptionist and her boss was: sorry we can’t do anything more. We’re sorry!
Ha! We’re sorry too that we thought this 5 star place comes with the professionalism associated with that rating.

Great place for a quiet retreat

If you're looking for a good place to chill for a while, there you have it : Pensiunea Jojo. Great view,spotlessly clean,great staff, awesome and very polite owners that will go the extra mile to make you feel great. Small restaurant downstairs with good,fresh food. There's a bar too, as well as a pool and spa with thermal water! I'd come again without a doubt.

ECO- relaxing for weekend

We recently discover a beautiful place for relaxing in Baile Herculane -pension JoJo with nice, elegant rooms and a Good tasty Rlestaurant . We spend a wonderful afternoon in restaurant garden with a gorgeaus view of Banat mountains . Relaxing area was greate and food very tasty , good prepared and nice seved . They have 2 houses with guest rooms , a small pool and a treatment hotpool with Sulf . For sure we will return for a small relaxing vacation . The owners was kind, very polite and helpful to show us the beautiful surroundings Elegant design with new modern furniture , spacious rooms and restaurant- we recomand for clear your mind, relax and treatment
