The hotel is worthy of its 4 stars. The buffet is amazing. The pool and spa are beyond praise. Rooms are clean

There are pitfalls

The hotel itself is beautiful, well-kept, very polite at the front desk guys and girls, very well done! The kitchen is delicious too and the girls who clean the tables are good! Room service every day, towels changed every day! But the view out of the window we had was not very good, to say the least, all the balconies left in the hotel looking at you! Number 210, well, that's not a problem, though it's not particularly pleasant! The spa complex is fine too, but the guys who follow the pool are clearly overdoing it with chlorine, the eyes start to tear up just from being in the Jacuzzi, all the campers noticed it! About the pool outside, it's not clear why the water in it is cold, people don't really swim there, the sea water is warmer! The beaches are a bit far away, the grocery stores are close by, but that's it, you want to go into town by taxi. And of course the biggest downside of this hotel is the transfer, on the site promise that you will drive every hour to the beach and return transfer, but you may not even think about it, because at the peak of the season there are many people, all 50 rooms are occupied, and the seats in the transfer are only 20 and who did not have time to take a seat, waits for the next hour or take a taxi for your money! But the next hour you may not have time to take a seat and accordingly from the sea is the same nonsense, standing there waiting for the transfer and it is full and you are either a taxi or an hour at the stop! A very huge request to hire a transfer for at least 50 people, if you have 50 rooms and each room sleeps 2-4 people, what 20 seats can we talk about! Of course, nothing could disappoint the long-awaited vacation, but this moment is not pleasant, we probably won't come to this hotel anymore to rest!

Best hotel in Sochi

My son and I stayed at the Wind Rose Hotel & SPA for a week. Everything is very worthy, from the interior to the attitude towards guests. Excellent tasty food, beautiful view from the window and wonderful SPA and sports complex. We'll come again!

Super hotel for a super holiday!

We vacationed in Rose of the Winds together with our mother in July 2023, renting a two-room suite. We would like to express our delight at staying at the hotel and our deep gratitude to everyone who made our stay unforgettable. Large, comfortable, clean room with a huge balcony and good sound insulation. Home-style delicious and varied food with incomparably tender baked goods. A magnificent spa complex, where it was always spotlessly clean and where you could come several times a day at any convenient time. Highly professional Turkish and Thai massage, performed in a pleasant, peaceful environment. A well-equipped gym where classes were held for those interested. Absolutely impeccable work of the entire staff: constant friendliness, willingness to solve any problem, even computer breakdowns, not just accounting, but anticipation of any guest’s wishes, punctuality, convenient reminder of planned procedures. Simply a great experience! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone!
