Holidays in Anapa Hotel Edelon
We rested with a group. One room was for 2 with a double bed, the other was 2+1. The hotel is amazing, new, beautiful, clean, stylish. The entire staff is wonderful, the girls at the reception are always welcoming and friendly, they always responded positively to all requests and never refused. The rooms were also cleaned every day. As for the breakfasts, I was pleasantly surprised, they were varied, filling and tasty, I have no questions and cannot have any questions about the hotel, the staff, or the cooks. I would also like to note about the soundproofing, since I previously read that the walls were supposedly made of cardboard. The noise insulation in the hotel is excellent, during the entire time we did not hear anyone in the neighborhood and no one came to us, although sometimes it seemed that we were talking too loudly and listening to music.

Holidays at this hotel did not take place
Unfortunately, the quality of holidays at this hotel cannot be assessed. Rating low for the irresponsible manner in which the manager and owners' guests decided to close the hotel during the velvet season, while cancelling the September 8 reservation I had made in July. It was reported two weeks before the flight. As a result, I had to urgently look for a hotel of similar standard, which cost me 16,000 more to book. In my understanding, if a hotel values its image, it should not, in the absence of emergencies, as it did when it was stopped from entering during the covid era, close the hotel. The reason was never given. And my tickets were non-refundable. However, despite a 100 per cent advance payment for the entire period of residence and use of other people's money for a long period, it was necessary to demand their prompt return under the threat of a lawsuit with additional costs. They wanted it back within 10 days. So, even with the positive feedback from other tourists, I will remember that the administration is able to make an unpopular decision, frame and ruin the holiday. And I will never consider it for living. Despite the fuss with booking another hotel, everything turned out well, the holiday took place, the accommodation in another hotel proved comfortable, but more expensive by a factor of 1.5.

Decent rest
I was on holiday with friends and relatives at the Edelon Hotel. I really liked the newly renovated room. It is noticeable that the hotel management and staff take their work seriously. The helpful, sensitive and attentive staff work as one team.
I would especially like to mention the Klyukva restaurant. Excellent cuisine: seafood dishes, meat, pizza, various pastries and much more are prepared at a professional level and deserve special praise from the chefs. The waiters are polite and efficient. I will recommend this hotel and restaurant to my friends and acquaintances.

All liked it! except for sound insulation
lived from 08/14/23 to 08/20/23. We checked in for an hour. We originally booked two separate beds. The room was given with one single bed. We asked and changed it, but we had to wait another 45 minutes. It’s close to the sea, but when we went, the Central beach was covered in algae and jellyfish. We went to the High Beach (this is a pebble beach with a spiral staircase - Turgenev St., 1). The water there is clean, but there are huge stones in the water; getting into the water is easier closer to the sun loungers. It's better to take coral slippers. I advise! The hotel is located on the busy Gorky Street. in the evening there is always some kind of movement. if the windows face Gorky Street itself, then you can safely open the window and enjoy the street musicians. There are many restaurants and canteens nearby (average bill 800 rubles). We took breakfast at the Klyukva restaurant, everything was edible. but one minus! there is a main course served for breakfast, but we didn't see where it was mentioned. so you need to approach the waiter and he will tell you which main dish to choose from and serve it to the table. There is a swimming pool on site (for adults and children). about the number! The shower doesn't have a door, so everything leaks onto the floor, but a towel saves the day. If you want to get enough sleep, it’s unlikely to happen. There is no sound insulation at the entrance doors, as well as at the wall where the head of the bed is. the room is powered by an entry card, we asked for two. so the air conditioner always worked. cleaning was done once. but there is a sign next to the room where you can indicate “cancel room” and it will be removed without any problems. about the staff! very kind and sincere girls!!! We needed to extend the room, we were warned. that this is hardly possible. but a call in the morning broke me with good news. that it is possible to extend the number for several hours. did not refuse to solve personal problems. All liked it!!!! except for soundproofing.

Для нас особенно ценно, что Вы не оставили без внимания вежливость и приветливость нашего персонала! Для нас нет ничего приятней, чем получать такого рода комментарии от наших уважаемых Гостей. Great !!!
There was no limit to the delight. When we entered the lobby, we couldn’t even think that everything would be the same as in the picture on the website. You can feel the smell of newness, everything is clean, new, beyond words, the rooms are not worn out, clean, it’s very nice to be in them, and you want to maintain this cleanliness and beauty. The staff greeted you wonderfully, we came from 06/28-07/18, they told us everything, they showed us everything, We checked in early, provided a playpen for a 1-year-old child, at no additional cost. It’s close to the sea, the hotel is at the very peak of the movement, you go out and you’re in the center of the action, it’s 5 minutes to the sea, everything is close, restaurants, shops, everything. The location is fire! the staff is very polite, the administrators are simply wonderful, I have never met so polite people, I would also like to mention the maid, I don’t know her name, she is blonde with a short haircut, we really liked her, and our one-year-old child, and children feel everything!) wonderful woman, and good morning, and ask if everything is okay, and what needs to be asked) there were breakfasts at the “Cranberry” restaurant, the breakfasts were decent, the hungry never left, the staff in the restaurant was responsive, the eldest child liked the game center, there is Sonya, a computer, and some other games, like board games)) the area is clean. We lived in room 208. Well, there are some small disadvantages
1. not a well-thought-out shower, half closed, no door, water pours onto the floor, don’t go to the toilet while someone is in the shower
2. there is a jacuzzi in the pool, we found it working only 1 day, the rest of the days it was not working
3. On the hotel website, there are not photos of all the rooms (furniture arrangement, room layout) we booked one room, they gave us another, but in fact it’s the same, with extra space, it’s just that the room layout is different, on the website this room is similar to the standard one, but with extra space
