Excellent place to stay
Easy to access central Porto and lots of fab restaurants nearby.
Only thing I will say is the steps to the bed on the mezzanine were very steep- fine but just have to be extra careful.

Great hotel at a really fantastic location. The guy who checked us in provided a great list of recommendations including the best places for Francesinha and Bifana both within a couple of blocks of the hotel as well as some sites to see.
If you're pushing 70 like us, you might want to make sure the beds are on the same floor as the rest of the room. Our room 53 had a narrow set of stairs to get to the bed. No problems but probably could have done without that challenge.
Otherwise, very happy with the stay and staff. The room was large with a kitchen and nice bathroom.

It was a very beautiful suite with comfortable beds and great amenities! It was in a great location easy to do excursions or to go eat out and walk around the city! Great communication and let us check in early!

Central location, but could’ve been better cleaned. Some amenities weren’t working (AC) and so we had to switch rooms. Staff was helpful but keep in mind, reception isn’t 24 hours.
