Good guest house

We stayed here for two nights, the place is run by Isabell who also runs the adjacent restaurant. Our room was clean with fresh towels daily and we had a heater. Breakfast which is served in the restaurant was good and included home made jam. Isabell is very friendly and bakes delicious cakes, sold in the restaurant.

Smells of damp

Booked though an service if not I would have refused the room. There for two nights.
The bathroom had no place to put a towel so you had to leave it on the toilet and reach accross the bidet. Mildew growing on the ceiling and shower. Flakes of paint on the floor there when I arrived and still there after the room was "cleaned".
Side tables were dusty. Cobwebs hanging. A dusty chandelier with half the bulbs out. Small lumpy pillows thead bare towels.
Breakfast next door included the cheapest looking ham and strangely strawberry juice. I passed on the ham. Everything was set out before I arrived to eat.
All flash for the website photos. The place would be better off just investing in bleach than monogram sheets.

A restful place

We stayed here on the last night of our Rota Vicentina walk, so were tired and needed refreshments when we arrived. The evening was getting cold and we were pleased to be shown to rooms being warmed by electric heaters. It was a bit too cool to sit out for that refreshing beer. We also had a good dinner here. The rooms were comfortable and retained the heat. The shower was beautifully hot. Despite some of us having street side rooms, we had a good nights rest and it remained quiet outside. The end of season had arrived.

stay away !

we booked two rooms thgrough Ramblin'tejano. When we arrived, the windows of two rooms on the ground floor were open and showed well maintaned though small rooms. they were unoccupied. Instead we got two rooms on the seconf floor of an old building on the other side of the street : no hot water, no tv. There is also no swimming pool on the premises though mentioned in some ads.Confronted with the poor quality of the rooms, the owner flees and then comes an old woman (his mother ?) shouting and menacing with a stick !!! my advice : stay away

Okay for a night

We stayed here for one night while walking the Fishermans Trail. The staff are friendly they also have the next door restaurant. Our room/bathroom was small clean and comfortable. This was our second stay here.
