Mercure Fatima is a great place to stay in the Shrine of Fatima

Our experience at Mercure Fatima was excellent from start to finish. The location is one of the big differences: the hotel is a few steps from the Shrine of Fatima, allowing you to know the city with great convenience.
The hotel is new, modern and very well decorated. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, well lit and have a contemporary design that conveys a pleasant feeling of welcoming. Everything is very well looked after and thought out to provide a quiet stay.
Breakfast is also worth mentioning. The buffet offers a great variety of breads, fruits, Portuguese sweets, cream pastels and omelettes prepared on time, with products of excellent quality and impeccable presentation. A worthy start of the day of Portuguese hospitality.
Another positive point was the attention, always cordial and attentive. Without a doubt, we recommend Mercure Fatima for those who are looking for a comfortable, modern and very well located hotel, whether for a tourist trip, pilgrimage or to know one of the most special cities in Portugal.

Best hotel in Fatima, I will definitely come back

My stay at the Mercure Fátima was truly incredible. The location couldn’t be better, right in front of the Sanctuary of Fátima and within walking distance of many excellent restaurants. It made exploring the area so easy and convenient, and I really appreciated being so close to everything. The rooms are absolutely fantastic. They are modern, very spacious, and impeccably clean. The bathrooms are a real highlight, with a shower that is both powerful and luxurious. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable, making it easy to get a restful night’s sleep even after a long day of sightseeing. Breakfast at the hotel is not to be missed. It is very varied and absolutely delicious, with a great selection of pastries, yogurt bowls, and the natural orange juice, which was exceptionally good I highly recommend trying it. The gym is also impressive, offering plenty of space and a variety of machines, which is perfect if you like to keep up with your workouts while traveling. Overall, the combination of the perfect location, modern and comfortable rooms, excellent amenities, and friendly service make this hotel one of my top three experiences ever. I would not hesitate for a second to return, and I am already looking forward to my next visit.

Great hotel in Fatima - everything in 5 minutes walking distance

We stayed two nights in Mercure Fatima and appreciated the great service, excellent breakfast and wonderful location. Perfect place to explore Fatima as well as other surrounding tourism spots such as Leiria or Ourem.

Breakfast 32 Euros

Breakfast presented with foods of low quality and almost spoiled as for example the colorless fruit and with bad taste, pancakes and dried waffles, fresh cheese without taste, etc... All quite doubtful already not to mention the imposition made by you without freedom of choice.
The only fresh thing that came to the table was the Bread...
The antipathetic employees and making comments from customers in groups...
Very sad to go to a hotel with your eating bread with butter... At least I didn't go hungry.
I know several two-star hotels in the group with a great breakfast and friendly staff...
Experience I do not recommend to anyone is clear that I will not return to your hotel again... They don't even think about people with dietary restrictions...
Great disappointment... 16 Euros X 2 Persons/32 Euros

Details matter, show attention and coziness.

Me and my husband went to keep a promise. Everything went well, thank God. We chose the Mercure Fatima by location and other details. The friendly reception staff, beautiful and tasteful the hotel entrance decor; no longer say the same for the Superior Twin room is cozy only in the photo. We couldn't turn on the bed lights, I went to take a shower to refresh, the shower didn't work; shower needed a bathtub, not to wet the head, usually the hotels offer, there was no and not even toilet cover for the toilet. The gel smelled strange, but I was glad I took mine. In my opinion to get more inviting you really need to improve some details.
