Stunning, just a perfect place to stay

Is just magical, well mantained, and cared. There is so much love invested in this place.

Excellent country setting
We loved the environment. We slept super comfortable. The dinner received a standing ovation. There are very cute animals. Rich breakfast with homemade products. Everything went beautifully. It was really VERY GOOD! To repeat.

Magical Place !
Monte do Ramalho is a magical place ! It has everything : charm, authenticity, calm, beauty, peace, spirit … we couldn’t find a better place to get married. As we didn’t know so much Portugal, we travelled during 2 weeks all over Portugal and we did not find a place that brings together so many qualities. We had the place for a big group during 5 days and everything was perfect. But it is not only about the place, it’s about the people and the staff ! Manuela and the staff are so kind and so nice, so reactive (you can expect answers to your emails 5 minutes after sending them, even in the night!) they find a solution for absolutely everything in a glance (extra beds, helping with the decoration of the ceremony, cutting the grass in a specific way, helping getting more alcohol last minute, finding amazing bar tenders, etc.) ! They are always willing to help, open and respectful, with amazing taste and sense of details, having a smile on their face all the time. We had amazing breakfast and picnic with them : it was so good and so well decorated, all the guest were blessed with everything. We were two French who didn’t speak a word of Portuguese and we have only one regret : going though external wedding planner for some part of the celebration, rather than going directly with Monte do Ramalho. Do not hesitate to contact us if you need more details, I would warmly recommend the place (and the staff) for any couple wanting a magical celebration (or anyone wanting amazing vacations). Thank you for allowing us to have the best day of our lives!

Absolutely wonderful
A delightful place. Personnel very friendly. A peaceful and wonderful place to relax. We were a very large party and everyone had a wonderful time. Games for the young adults and not so young available. The type of place where everyone can do what they want as lots of space. Natural swimming pool lots of fun. Fully equipped. Fresh bread every day. Definitely a place to re visit.
