The hotel was a great and in a very good location. We appreciated them holding our bags for us while we shopped before our train.

This was the worst experience ever. There were huge black spiders in the room, the shower didn’t work, and the lights kept flashing. There was nothing provided: no towels, soap, or breakfast. Not to mention the staff was literally never present and didn’t help at all.

Bad experience

Bad experience. Staff are very rude and the room was dirty. The bathroom was disgusting and smelt awful. On a noisy road. I recommend staying anywhere else

As we arrived late in the evening, it was very convenient to just cross the train track and be at the hotel. Even though the trains pass right outside your window, it is absolutely fine, as they don't run at night.
There is a bit of a humidity problem in the bathroom, which is mainly due to poor ventilation, as the bedroom is totally ok. This wasn't a big deal, as we kept the bathroom door closed and only stayed 3 nights in Aguas Caliente.
The breakfast is simple, but sufficient.
Since cleaning isn't done during your stay, the bin in the bathroom isn't emptied either... so, we asked for a new bag and just put the old one outside our room.

Not recommended for anyone

Lousy reception service and inexperienced, dirt on the floor, poor hygiene, bad conditions. They call it a 3-star hotel, but it doesn't even fit 1. Bad service that I do not recommend to anyone the place to stay overnight.
