Great hotel with best location.

Beautiful and clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location near the central square. Lots of thoughtful touches that made the stay wonderful.

Good location, but room below expectations

We stayed two nights at the hotel and ended up a little disappointed with the state of conservation of the room. The photos from the ad pass the impression of newer and more modern environments, but the room we stayed in was clearly older. It was not dirty and had everything we needed, but it did not match the pattern shown in the pictures.
The main negative point was the bathroom, especially the shower. It was that bath model with manual temperature adjustment, extremely difficult to regulate, besides there is no box nor even curtain - a basic convenience that we hoped to find in the hotel.
The common areas also have nothing special. Breakfast was good, but simple, without big differentials. In return, the location is very good and we did not have any problem with the service of the staff.
Overall, the main frustration was the feeling that the photos of the ad do not faithfully reflect, at least, the room that was made available to us.

Good location but the hotel is just average

We had an OK stay here for a couple of nights in Puno. The hotel is nicely located next to the main square and near to a lot of good restaurants. The photos of the hotel show some really nice modern rooms and balconies with views etc. so maybe our expectations were a bit high, but the room we were allocated was a bit basic and probably in need of renovation. The shower was difficult to get to a good temperature and the room was generally a bit old and worn out. Maybe our room is next on their list to modernise!! It was fine for a couple of nights but not as nice as the photos made it appear to us.

Fantastic position and great, helpful staff. However, on the 6th floor, the shower pressure is a drizzle!

The bathroom was terrible. Brown water was coming out of the tap. It was impossible to sleep from 5 a.m. because of the noise from cars. Half of the power outlets didn’t work, and the radiator was also not functioning.
