Hosting with excellent cost benefit.

Great accommodation in Cusco. We booked 3 rooms for 3 couples. The room I stayed in was well lit, simple decoration but very cozy. The bathroom was good with an excellent shower.

Excellent stay

The location was very good, about 20 min walk from the historic center, in a more residential and quiet neighborhood. There was everything the traveler needs nearby: restaurants, pharmacies and markets. It was also near the bus stop to Pisac. The room on the 3rd floor was quite quiet, the bed was very comfortable with heavy blankets and well warm, we did not get cold even with the night temperature reaching 2 degrees. The towels were of excellent quality, very soft and were with softening perfume. The shower was wonderful, very hot and with plenty of water pressure, a delicious bath after a tiring day of walks. At the reception, Mr. Eduardo was very friendly and kind to allow us to have breakfast earlier than usual on the day we were going to check out. At the entrance of the hotel there was a small garden, carefully, where we found two kittens and a puppy, some lovers. One of the cats was very friendly and came in my lap and I love cats. When we checked out I noticed at the reception a picture on which were the three little pets of the hotel and I was even happier because I was sure that the owners of the place were passionate about their pets. On the tables in the breakfast room were very colorful small towels that remind the customs of the region, I found beautiful. The breakfast was simple and very tasty, there were some breads that looked like cookies, very light, a delight, coffee, teas, milk, cold, cereals and yogurt. There were teas of other flavors and also of coca always available, which helped a lot because I felt a little bad from the altitude. The stay was excellent! A special thank you to Mr. Eduardo and leave a kiss for the hotel animals.

Excellent value for money and very comfortable

Excellent value for money. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The room is spacious, as is the bathroom, and has modern facilities. However, the towels were rough, the bedside table drawer was shabby and the cupboards had no doors. In addition, the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was very poor.

Will definitely stay at Killaquente again

I stayed here for a month whilst working and sightseeing in Cusco. The room was really nice, very clean, with a comfy bed, and decent shower. All the staff there are so friendly, and very helpful. It seems very family oriented, and the pets there are also pretty cute, their dog is very sweet, and I would often hear the ginger cat chasing its toy ball outside my room. The breakfast was really nice, there’s plenty to choose from. Also I really enjoyed my conversations with Marco every morning, he was really knowledgeable about the local area, history, and how to get to certain places. Thank you so much Eduardo, Marco, and the rest of Killaquente staff/family, you were all so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I will definitely return. Thanks, Adam

Amazing value, great location, super comfortable

Had to come up to Cusco last minute for some work things and so glad I took a chance on this spot. This place is an amazing value: clean, comfortable, convenient location, and super quiet at night. Extra bedding to keep you warm, hot water works at night, secured parking on sight, drinking water and tea available throughout the day, nice little buffet breakfast. The rooms are very simple but really cozy. As someone else mentioned, the taps are hard to close fully, but otherwise the bathroom was fine. Will absolutely be back.
