Train alarm clock

Hotel is located between a busy street and a train track. We were at the back of the hotel, overlooking the track and the trains like to use their horns from 0700 onwards! The room was spacious, with a fridge, a safe, storage and a large bathroom. TV only has Spanish language channels. There is only 1 small lift, takes 4 people at most, so you can wait a while to catch the lift, or climb the stairs. Food is taken on the 12th floor restaurant, which has great views over the city, breakfast is 0630-0930 with hot and cold food available. We ate a couple of meals in the evening and the prices are very reasonable and the food tasty and filling and good service by the staff. The hotel is about 20-25 minutes walk from the cathedral up a slight gradient, with historic sights and shops to see on the way, we had no concerns to walk back at night. Slightly disappointed that some of the towels in the room had seen better days, with holes in the middle of them.

Terrible hotel

It is a hotel that the travel agency describes as a third category, but I believe it is even less since the service is terrible; they forget to provide towels, and like others in its category, they do not even provide water. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Horrible horrible horrible

They do not speak English, they have loud music going till early morning. They do not turn it down even when I complained several times. Do not go to this hotel they are terrible.

Nice hotel, spacious rooms.

About 25 minutes walk to the centre, not too noisy compared to other hotels (but some noise from the road and railway) and nice rooms. Spacious (two double beds) and lots of hot water. Breakfast good.
Only one lift which takes and absolute age, and with 12 floors you do need it.

Great customer service, clean room

Friendly staff, clean room with a view decent rooftop hotel with good prices and good service.
