Comfortable, beautiful and excellent service
Excellent! Room and bathroom spacious, clean and modern. Great and comfortable hotel hall. All staff are very attentive and helpful, with a highlight to the staff Ivan who is very attentive and friendly! He provided us with a map of the city and highlighted the main points. The restaurant has several delicious meal options. I liked every dinner I made at the hotel! They also provide oxygen for those who need it.

Great location
Hotel to Plaza de Armas walking very slowly because of the altitude - 23 min. Walking is quiet with shops and snacks. Reception with polite and quick service. Hydromassage 1x/day for 1h with prior schedule (robe and slippers are available). Complete breakfast. Box breakfast for tours before 5:00am. No check in, courtesy pisco/person. Lounge with armchairs and sofas. Spacious room and bathroom with bathtub. Frigobar.

Great hotel in a central location
Lovely hotel with great rooms. Very central in Cusco and everything within easy walking distance. Breakfast was great with an omelette chef cooking to order. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Enjoyable stay when location matters.
What a great hotel! Perfect location, tourist markets across the road, many restaurants close by and only a 10min walk to the main square. The rooms were large with 2 comfortable double beds, the bathroom was a good size and very clean. The bar offered simple foods (deliscious pizza) in a comfortable setting, the breakfast was great, lots of selection. Laundry and mini mart facilities close by (a 1 min walk). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, highly recommend.

The hotel was absolutely fine, used during the tour.
The room was clean and had large beds. Stayed there for 2 nights during the tour. Breakfast was okay. The staff was very friendly. The room was very quiet.
