Hostel
Excellent accommodation, super clean, a simple but very well served breakfast, the staff are very friendly, excellent location……………………../////////

Personal desagradable. Unpleasant staff
El hotel está muy bien localizado. Sin embargo el personal fue antipático y desagradable en múltiples ocasiones. Pedimos cambiar la habitación doble con 2 camas por otra un poco mayor porque literalmente no se cabía con las maletas y el comportamiento fue inadecuado y desagradable (haciendo referencias por ejemplo a que queríamos meter una tercera persona de forma oculta y por eso pedíamos el cambio de habitación...¿?). Similar comportamiento cuando solicitamos un calentador porque hacía bastante frío (de hecho nos quisieron cobrar por ello )

Nunca se limpió el baño en 5 días que estuvimos allí
Desayuno muy pobre.
No me volvería a alojar.
The hotel is really well located. However staff were unpleasant and unfriendly in many times. We asked for a change because the double room was too small, we weren’t able to come in with the luggage, and the behaviour was really unpleasant and inadequate (for instance making references to the possibility we wanted to get into the room with another person in a hidden way and that is why we were asking for a change in the room...?) Similar behaviour when we asked for a heater because room was too cold (in fact they wanted to charge us for that)
Bathroom was never cleaned during the 5 days we were there
Very poor breakfast
Cold rooms.
Would never stay again

Great location!
We found this place had one of the best locations. It is very close to the Main Square and some of the best rated restaurants in town. We found it quite convienent to walk around to all the places of interest from here and have the hotel close enough to keep stoping by for a quick rest when ever we fancied. The rooms as such are basic, but comfortable. WiFi works, but some rooms may not have the best reception. The front desk manager was helpful and friendly (though you may have to bang on the door and hope he wakes up to let you in if you reach at unearthly hours!).

decepn budget place in the center
Got the deal on booking. That was a typical budget hostal. Hot water and other amenities were good. Bathroom was huge comparing to the room. The front desk guy was helpful (whatever wrote the previous reviewer). They even took creadit cards w/o regular excuses. The patrons were backpackers. The place was quiet at night, despite close to the main square. So, two things distinct - being two steps from the main square, and - they did have a tea stand in the hallway, with FREE tea, coffee and coca leaves and mate! Very handy in Cuzco.

Don't do it
Stayed here purely for the fact it was next to the square. It's a grubby little place needing a good clean. Guy on reception was hopeless, gave me about 5 excuses as to why he couldn't phone me a taxi last one being the phone didn't work only to use it when I was still standing there. Wifi was the worst I've come across in Peru aswell. Didn't even attempt the breakfast
