Very good service, very attentive cleaning employees, give you drinks has air conditioning, and is very close to the Main Square

Well, I was hoping for more.

I read so many great reviews that I expected more from the hotel. It is a central accommodation, located on an avenue near the main square. Includes breakfast (bread, jam, eggs) and you are given a welcome drink. Very good service and cleanliness. Nothing to complain about about shower, wifi or TV. It has an elevator. But the rooms are not soundproof and are very noisy. The proximity to the avenue makes the sound of horns and sirens arrive. I had to ask to be changed because they had put me on top of reception and it was impossible to be there because every time the hotel door is opened a bell rings. The second room was better, but I woke up several times in the early morning from the noise.
Also, as the window overlooks a hallway there is not much natural lighting and the other guests are heard.
I reiterate, it is a good hotel, but I would have liked more silence to rest.

Since we got the first attention, we arrived in the afternoon from a family trip for my mom's birthday, on Monday the 21st that was her birthday surprised her from breakfast what we found spectacular , the impeccable rooms, totally recommended

Disfrutando Chiclayo: To begin, the hotel gave us the greatest facilities to be able to arrive very early (6 am)

Excellent experience

We were treated super well, the rooms are excellent, the breakfast and the location are very good, with easy access to the center of Chiclayo on foot. I will stay at Hotel Santa Rosa when I return to Chiclayo.
