Cozy beds and spotless

Excellent Staff service at the reseption desk very accomodating.
Nice regional breakfast and continental breakfast.
They always keep parent's room and my room spotless.

There are many other nice hotels in Chachapoyas. Look around a bit.

Despite my request for a quieter room, I was given a room facing the street. Sure enough = 2 sleepless nights due to vehicular traffic and prople walking/talking loud around 2, 3, 4 in the morning. The room windows are single pane without any gap seals - obviously doesn't help with noise suppression. One light switch for the entire room, no lamps as shown in images. During the reservation process - credit card information was required to complete the process - there was no indication of any surcharges in hotel description or final payment information page. Yet, the hotel charged me 5% extra for using a credit card for payment.

Excellent stay

A very comfortable, clean hotel, the staff is quite friendly and helpful in guiding tourists. Its decoration is with handicrafts made of wood, wonderful finishes. The breakfast was generous, I really liked the regional tamale, exquisite! It is located two blocks from the main square.

Exceptional Staff and centrally located.

Exceptional Staff at front desk and everywhere. We needed a vegetarian breakfast, they made sure we got it. Helped us with our luggage and whatever else we needed. All the best to entire staff for the convenient stay.

The room size was spacious, and it was clean and comfortable. They only offer breakfast which is included in the room rate, it is self-service, buffet style. In this dining area, service could have an extra hand to be great. Overall, good value for the cost.
