Incredible Hotel!
We booked 2 rooms and stayed 3 nights. There were 3 of us traveling. This beautiful hotel looks and smells brand new and modern. The service and staff are so friendly and accommodating. I felt completely safe. The breakfast on the rooftop daily was such an incredible experience with a gorgeous, panoramic view of the city and surrounding mountains. A light but satisfying breakfast was made fresh daily with tea, coffee, juice, scrambled eggs and rolls. A perfect way to begin each day. The overall feeling was like staying at a bed and breakfast hotel. There's also a cute boutique attached to the building on the ground floor of high end women's clothing that I enjoyed shopping. Important to note that there are only stairs to the different levels with no elevator. I love and prefer stairs but just in case you don't. The location is central in the city with quick access to taxis, shopping and everything we needed. Thank you for being so accommodating and for a wonderful stay in Cajamarca!

Horrible experience. Do NOT stay here. I booked the family suite with 2 beds. Come to find out the room was under maintenance. We were never told even after calling before our arrival to inquire about the room that it was unavailable. Due to our family size and children’s ages we were forced to move to a different hotel. Now we are trying to get a refund through hotels.com who we booked with. They can not even get in touch with this hotel so no refund can be processed. Not even one communication with the hotel has been possible by what hotels.com said. This hotel does NOT have good customer service. I called twice and was immediately hung up on. Please, do yourself a favor. Do not stay here.

The breakfast on the roof top daily was such an incredible experience. There’s a gorgeous panorama view of the city and surrounding mountains. Breakfast was freshly made and a perfect way to start the day. The overall feeling was like staying at a bed and breakfast. There’s also a cute boutique on the ground floor of high end women’s clothing that I enjoyed shopping at. The location is central in the city with quick access to taxis and everything we needed. Thank you for being so accommodating and for a wonderful stay in Cajamarca!

Small and modern
5 floors to climb, no elevator, entrance is via a store. Most communication is via whatsup. Good breakfast and nice view from the 6th floor terrace. Not good for kids or older adults to stay. Clean but small rooms, no storage space. 6 blocks walking to main square.
