Great Family Stay with Excellent Location and Helpful Staff at Fraser Suites Muscat
We had a wonderful stay at Fraser Suites Muscat as a family of 9, including a toddler. The location was excellent — very convenient and close to the Mall of Oman, with a mosque only a 5-minute drive away, which was especially helpful for us.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special mention to the housekeeping team — the cleaners were attentive, thorough, and did a fantastic job throughout our stay. The underground parking facilities were also excellent, making it very easy for our large family to come and go comfortably.
We did visit the breakfast area during our stay but decided not to include breakfast, as the selection felt quite limited for the price. Instead, we chose to explore local breakfast spots nearby.
Overall, a very comfortable and family-friendly stay in a great location. We would happily return.

I was very disappointed that the staff gave us certain assurances when we arrived regarding the price of our stay. Then they went back in that afterwards and charged us substantially above what was discussed in person.

Excellent accommodation
Stay of 4 nights in this hotel located 20 minutes from the cornice and 20 minutes from the airport. It is not really connected on foot to different shops but remains well located.

The rooms: apartments are very large. Fully equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, washing machine...

Breakfast is varied and quality. Very attentive and professional staff.
Small flat in the parking lot. The hotel is located in an office complex it is VERY difficult to park. Totally anarchic parking...

Very nice appartment, spacious and neat but could have had some simple things in the kitchen like soap, towel/tissue, baking sheet/aluminum etc. Overall good.

Great hotel with great breakfast
Well located hotel, conveniently accessible with ample parking. Room sufficiently large, bathroom could be larger. Great swimming pool with great views.
Breakfast and dinner were with the best in the whole Oman holiday. In particular, the homemade bread was top class and is in no way inferior to German bread. The windows could be better soundproofing, as at events the cars can be heard in front of the hotel.
