Great location, great hotel, staff are so helpful apart from the man making pizza who said my daughter should eat salad when I asked him to clean the utensils when making my coeliac daughter a gluten free pizza. Other than that I cannot fault the hotel, such a great place.

Disappointing overall experience despite good location

The hotel is sometimes experienced as crowded and noisy, especially in the high season and in common areas such as breakfast and pool. The swimming area appears less than expected and is in practice one pool divided into zones, poorly adapted to adults. Additional services such as parking and activities cost extra, reducing the overall experience. Some rooms can become warm and wear and tear, and the breakfast buffet sometimes lacks fluidity and variation.
Complaining is not perceived as constructive. In my case, it only led to more frustration. General Manager called me directly and tried to schedule a physical meeting – while I was on vacation. The compensation offered was one hour bowling on a track that already had technical errors. New compensation was given in the game hall, but also here several games were destroyed or so dirty that the hands literally stuck. This gave the impression of poor maintenance and poorly thought out solutions.

Simple breakfast but good service, worn room

The room was clean and nice, large, but worn and with no view. Breakfast was very simple, missed orange juice and nothing extra. The bread was boring, little selection. This is the easiest breakfast I've eaten in a long time. But the hotel was cosy in the lobby and there was good service in the reception,
