Perfection !
I didn't expect it to be so good! Perfection! It is tastefully furnished accommodation, spacious, bright, very well equipped and impeccably clean! It is well located, easy to find and close to amenities. Too bad we only stayed one night

POSITIVE:
Location: centrally located in town
Lift available.
Apartment: plenty of space with well-equipped kitchen
Washing machine incl. powder available. Definitely a pro of the apartment. However, there is no dryer. We were there 2 days so we could dry with the clothes rack. If you stay for only one night, it becomes difficult.
NEUTRAL:
Parking: there are only 3 parking spaces for the house in the courtyard. If you're late, you don't have a chance. We parked on the first day in a public car park, which was about 8 minutes walk away and free of charge at 6-8 pm. Not ideal, but doable.
Access to the apartment: the key box in front of the apartment was awkward to open.
Apartment: the dining area consists of a counter with bar stools. We didn’t mind; some prefer chairs for sure.
Bath: a wobbly toilet paper stand constantly stood in our way.
Beds: Mattresses rather hard.
Balcony: had no value for us. It was too cold and he was right above the pedestrian zone and the Thai snack bar.
NEGATIVE:
On the ground floor there is a quick snack with Thai food. Can be positive if it happens to like to eat that day. We were disturbed by the smell that inevitably occupies the house (the apartment, however, not as long as windows remain closed)
Apartment: The couch in the living area was extremely uncomfortable. You can't sit on it any longer. The small carpet in front of the couch offers the risk of accidents, as it constantly slips.
TV: we didn't get the TV going. Except for one transmitter (NRK1), no use was possible. We also failed to stream about it.
Bath: a sign indicated a problem with the hot water tank (see photo). It could happen that not enough hot water is available, they are looking for a solution. So we showered accordingly quickly so that the warm water is enough.
There was only one large towel per person and then a single hand towel for everyone to dry off. At least one more towel would be desirable.
Hair dryer: underperforming.
Conclusion: overall the apartment was okay. No more, no less.. For a longer stay the comfort (hot water, towels, couch, chairs) would be a little too little for me.

Excellent stay!
Before our arrival a detailed email with complete instructions for a seamless check in. Super clean massive family room on the ground floor with parking right outside so very easy to get the luggage. Every single requirement
well thought out and provided for. All amenities as listed and in top condition. Very clean linen.Plenty of crockery cutlery and cook ware. Adequate lighting,room heater,floor heating,dark curtains,comfortable beds.
Above all Helga is a very helpful host who gave a prompt response and personally attended to all queries.
Highly recommended.

Excellent Place to Stay!
Awesome location near restaurants, grocery store, and bus stop. Apartment was clean and modern. Stayed two nights and would definitely recommend. The apartment room I stayed in had a washer, which came in handy.

Fantastic!
Wonderful location - very close to the bus station, with restaurants nearby. The place was quiet, clean & very nicely furnished. We stayed in an apartment, and had a ton of space! Would definitely stay here again.
