Functional and practical

Port area, central, clean, and very simple to manage for check-in and check-out. Our apartment for three was perfect

+ When contacting customer service, they were pretty quick to get back to me
- Dirty pans
- You could only change the temperature by 3 degrees
- Was no way to check if the door was locked from the inside (travelling alone, so didnt have anyone that could check from the outside)
- Terrible pillows

5 star location but less good for space, facilities etc.

The main selling point of this commercially run apart hotel is the location - very close to brygge. We had a 1 bedroom and it was a tight, somewhat challenging stay. We had only a bit more room here than in our cabin on a coastal cruise. Kitchen was good except no microwave. And no communication how to dispose of rubbish. They should have a WhatsApp number to communicate with you - not just email.
Communication is very poor. It's all run by a smartphone app. Unnecessarily complicated access, lighting, etc. Also it feels a bit insecure leaving luggage in an unlocked room in a block with hundreds of people in and out every day. We have a lockable steel luggage cable which we used. Sliding / auto entrance doors mean anyone hanging around could tail gate?

Location and style of the rooms were great. However, they are very stingy with their amenities - they only give you 2 towels and charge you for any extra. I booked a 1 bedroom so I can use the bed and sofa bed for myself and my mom and they were trying to charge me to use the sofa bed/get linens. This was not mentioned anywhere at booking and kind of ridiculous to enforce when you purposely pay more to book a bigger place. If I knew that I would’ve just booked a normal queen bed vs a double bed room. They also charge you over $125USD for cleaning but make you do dishes/take out the trash.. why charge a cleaning fee then? Anyways, I won’t be coming back.

Nice apartment hotel, clean and close to all. The major issue is a self check in with one - in machine in one building and have many doors & stairs in between the 2 buildings. Taxi drop off is at the entrance without the check-in kiosk and you got inside with stairs, doors and no sign of the check in kiosk & elevator location.
Overall, the hotel is not a user friendly, many glitches on the "high tech" - phone key, lights, stove and door. I watched many people confused, frustrated through out of my stay.
