Great location, walking distance to everything. Good breakfast, rooms are a little small for 4 when the sofa bed is open.

Perfect for pre-cruise stay. Minutes from scenic buildings and popular restaurants and the entrance to the fortress is in the hotel's driveway! Walk to dock is less than 10 minutes with relatively smooth paving. Plentiful included breakfast. Free coffee in room and lobby (plus restaurant). Very comfortable bed and good blackout shades.

Excellent location for exploring Bergen, near all the famous Bergen’s venues. Excellent breakfast, buffet had many variety. My favorite was the freshly made smoothie. The check in process was sort of unusual, if the room is ready you need to pay extra if you want to check in before 3 pm. For tourist traveling long distance the ability to check in early is very desirable. This hotel noticed that and tried to make money from it which is not customer friendly in my opinion.

We had a small, but very clean room, which was fine for an overnight stay. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff was outstanding-very friendly and eager to help.

Very convenient location and we loved the room. The only thing, the hotel sits adjacent to the historic Bergenhus Fortress, which frequently hosts massive outdoor music festivals and concerts. The first night of our stay there was an event. However it stopped sharply at 10:30PM. We had no issues but if someone is sensitive then keep this in mind. Overall, the location/room/breakfast excellent.
