The best birthday gift!
Unfortunately,I was not staying at Casistas Pacific l, but had read they had massages. They were so friendly when I inquired about the massage, for guest only in their rooms. However, Eric the General Manager was so kind trying to find me a masseuse as well as answering all of my annoying questions about the menu. I went back to the place I was staying fa few doors down and returned for a delicious birthday lunch of fish tacos and a surprise chocolate cupcake featured here. I am coming back for another meal tomorrow with a beautiful beachfront view. I would definitely stay at this Nicaraguan gen on my next trip back to Guasacate and for now will just enjoy the lovely meals until my departure. Thank you for the five star service Josh and Nina, Owners and their wonderful staff!

The horrible experience at Casitas Pacific.
Yesterday, January 10, 2025, my wife, dog and I went from Managua to the hotel where we had booked and paid since December. When we arrive at about 4 pm we realize that we can not get to the hotel because they are building the street (cobblestone), we know that it is not the fault of the hotel. Nearly 200 meters from the hotel we see heavy machinery and a line of vehicles parked on the shore. We called the hotel where a girl answered us who was immediately upset when we told her that we did not accept to leave our vehicle at that distance from the hotel and less to the shore where any of those machines could cause damage (groomers, mechanical shovels, dump trucks, etc.). We asked her why when we called that same day while still in Managua to confirm our arrival, they did not let us know about the construction of the street, her answer was (interrupting us every moment while she spoke) that she was on vacation and that until today she noticed the street under construction. To which we indicated that when we called, he should have told us what was going on with the street, perfectly we would have changed the arrival date to another day without canceling reservation. We requested a refund of the money they didn't want to access. Finally they agreed almost an hour later, and almost 5:30pm, we arrived to collect the money, and the “kind” girl gave us the money (while talking on her cell phone) and turned her back and left, she didn’t even expect us to count the money, and neither did we receive an apology or anything like it should be. Unfortunately we missed the trip, at that time there was no room in the other places nearby, and that was how our anniversary holidays were started. Unfortunate because the place looks very nice. They must improve customer service and provide customer choices in cases like these. Leaving the vehicle exposed is not an option. A watchman can't do anything first. A machine that goes through building a street. Special attention to the poorly educated girl you care for.

The worst hotel for the worst customer service
The very nice place, what I came to see, why there is no access for a construction directly opposite, but really that would have been the least , if at least they had the delicacy to let us know when we called today, before leaving Managua that they had that “event” that goes out of their hands, we decided if we came or changed the date, but they preferred to act in bad faith and omit that GREAT detail, and want to force us to take the reservation and leave our vehicle totally unprotected, and I don’t talk about safety, because yes, they provided a watchman, I talk about the safety of the area where it is extremely narrow, and there are heavy machinery at work that can hit the vehicle easily, and I don’t think they will be responsible for damages like that.
But worse, the bad, lousy, disgusting attitude of the woman answering the phone, apologizing that her partner should have told us, she didn't because she was on vacation, and it was with her that I talked before I left, and when I finally got my money back, she just handed me the money and turned around, not a single apology, because surely they believe that I am the one who is wrong and who is missing for not taking the reservation.
Anyway, I would never recommend it for the lousy attention, attitude and poor customer service!
And I could not upload photos because in the app there is a fault, but I have the videos of how the place was on Friday 10/01/25

Stay within reach
A very charming hotel, very nice and with all the comforts. Their restaurant will impress them, the privileged location facing the coast do even better, the personalized attention of the owner will make them laugh at home.

Excellent stay
Our stay at Casitas Pacific was an excellent stay. The rooms were really clean, ac was great and service was impeccable. The staff was also amazing which made it a comfortable experience. We would recommend staying here during your time in Guasacate.
