Had a wonderful time at this hotel the staff were very polite and the hospitality was amazing. Would definitely recommend anyone from USA to go there.

I had a good time at santos hotel, the staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. But the bathroom needs refurbishing as the water was leaking from the bath causing flood to the room. The hotel needs a lift , as it was stressfully going to the 2nd floor with travel boxes.Tea bags should be in the tray in the room , it’s not everyone that takes coffee.

They Didn’t offer airport transportation even though there website says they do .This was number 1 reason for picking this hotel . Very inconvenient

Staff were fantastic, clean room, clean environment and managers willing to go the extra mile to help customers.
