Needs improvement

Stayed in alheri hotel for 3 nights in September 2019 and I was surprised to see how the standard has dropped compared to my stay in 2018. The staff are courteous and friendly but I don’t think that there is sort of system in place to check house keeping. The second day of my stay no room service to change the bed sheet and empty the bin that was full.
The shower pipe holder was popping out of the wall. No toilet roll in the toilet and I had to use the bidet hose in the toilet.
Improvement required on breakfast served .Too much noise from the kitchen staff.

They have no business calling this a hotel. I 2as unable to sleep be cause for some reason they couldn't find my reservation. No computers at the hotel to search for my reservation and the manager who is supposed to be in charge was home already. The staff members at the hotel cannot make any decision without someone who was not on ground. We ended up sleeping in the car that night
