The lady at the reception was so nice and let me check in before the check in time. The hotel is located on a busy street. There was no ac unit in the room so i had to open the windows. You need earplugs otherwise super loud tram and truck sounds all night. The room was clean and big enough for one person. The same lady let my bag to stay at the hotel after the check out time.

Friendly staff at the recepcion, in a Good central location. Hotel is very basic, ok for a one night stop. Parking was a bit difficult to find.

Parking is available in a shared garage but the spaces are tight. Needs better signs in the garage to help you find the entrance to the hotel

Room small but clean no wardrobe or drawers to unpack luggage but fine for couple nights
Staff on reception really friendly free sweets at reception need keycard to get into hotel which is up 1 flight of stairs

Staff was fantastic and it is somewhat rare to find a German hotel with an elevator on the ground. Location was also fantastic, super close to the Christmas markets. However, the room was fairly small, with a fairly low bed. Additionally the room was not super clean.
