Visiting Nuremberg/Stein Germany
First stayed in 2018, and I liked it so much, that stayed here 2 nights, left for other city, and more 2 nights in December. Super quiet rooms, great staff, great breakfast. Convenient bus stop, then access to subway into town. About 20 min trip.

All right for one night, but too expensive.
The hotel is an older, renovated building with a new extension in the courtyard. It is located on a busy road. However, we did not hear any street noise in our room and could sleep very well. Unfortunately, we didn't know that you had to reserve parking, but due to the weekend situation we had no problem finding parking. The hotel has certainly been prepared with effort and love. There was a lot of work with wood, probably also in own effort. Our room, "Indian Yellow", was clean and had a cute balcony with a supporting apple tree in front. The shower was unfortunately very small, but for one night this was i. O.. Now to the things that could be improved. In our room was a renovated chair, which unfortunately smelled very strongly of color. That bothered us as much as the cigarette smoke that went into our room. In our understanding, an organic hotel should also be a non-smoking hotel. The rooms are also very noisy. The crying children next door were clearly audible. Here you could improve with sound insulation.
The breakfast room is a bit small. While each guest is guaranteed to have their own table assigned by the hotel, there is a lack of coziness here. Most of the guests, presumably teachers or educators, had arrived with young children, so it was very loud and hustle. We had no opportunity to enjoy our breakfast. Quality and choice of food were good, but from our point of view not as outstanding as described by other guests. For us it was a normal breakfast. Compared to the other hotels on our trip, the price/performance ratio was not right.

Gleichzeitig bedauern wir, dass Ihr Aufenthalt in einigen Punkten nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Hinweise wie der Geruch des Stuhls, mögliche Rauchbeeinträchtigungen sowie die Hellhörigkeit nehmen wir sehr ernst. Gerade als Biohotel ist uns ein angenehmes und möglichst schadstoffarmes Raumklima wichtig, weshalb wir solchen Punkten gezielt nachgehen werden.
Auch Ihre Anmerkungen zum Frühstücksraum und zur Atmosphäre können wir gut nachvollziehen. Unser Haus ist bewusst klein und individuell gehalten, was bei hoher Auslastung – insbesondere mit Familien – auch einmal lebhafter werden kann. Dennoch ist es unser Anspruch, allen Gästen eine angenehme Frühstückssituation zu ermöglichen.
Dass Sie das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis insgesamt als nicht stimmig empfunden haben, bedauern wir sehr. Wir wissen, dass genau hier die Erwartungen besonders hoch sind, und nehmen Ihr Feedback als wichtigen Impuls, unser Angebot weiter zu schärfen.

Good, but with a couple of drawbacks.
The room was clean, well laid out, and with comfortable beds. No interaction with staff. There is an elevator, but it is very small. One major drawback was that the Wi-Fi did not work at all! The other is that there is there is not much parking nearby.

Disappointing for the price
As previous reviewer said, hotel was disappointing given the price we paid for an overnight stay. Didn’t include breakfast and was quite a distance from Nuremberg. It’s is however well placed for the Cristal palm beach complex.
The apartment wasnt completely clean and could really do with a good dusting! Didn’t meet anyone running the hotel so felt rather distanced and unfriendly.

Disappointing and over priced
Difficult to find, small parking and outside rooms, no shampoo, super noisy building, noisy road, too expensive, felt like a budget youth hostel, cold tile floors, no privacy in toilet, small room (nothing like the photos) - overpriced and disappointment for an advertised luxury stay
