Wellness, hiking, dining, relaxing, and repeat

Franks is a source of relaxation. We stayed with our dog for 4 nights with the Frank family. A perfect starting point for hikes and a wellness paradise. I have rarely seen such a perfectly coordinated team! Whether in service, at the reception, in the wellness area, or in housekeeping. You can see that even the employees feel comfortable here! A living dream!! We will come back!

A wellness hotel in a beautiful location

My mother was a solo traveler at the Frank Hotel and was cared for very lovingly.
The hotel has an exceptionally large and beautiful wellness area with a large outdoor pool and indoor pool. The wellness treatments were all very professional and good. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, and fresh egg dishes were prepared to order every day.
The dinner was very nicely presented but could have been a bit more natural for my mother. A highlight was the desserts every evening.

We arrived on the day of the kitchen party.

The appetizers in the kitchen were lovingly made from very good ingredients and tasted accordingly good. But the absolute highlight was the band and the atmosphere in the kitchen! And the entire staff was infected by the good mood. Now we know what the slogan "Vacation with friends" can mean. Friendly service and good breakfast, but significant deficiencies in cleanliness.

Who is looking for the beautiful in Oberstdorf

A very well-kept and family-run 5-star house with wonderful flair. Very tastefully renovated and further developed. Not too big and not too small. Very, very attentive team in all areas. Beautiful restaurant areas in different yet suitable look. A kitchen that presents truly wonderful food and without exception. Surprisingly the large and very nicely designed spa areas inside and outside. The only downer: when family clans invade, you don't know how to deal with noisy and water-raging hordes of all ages. Many guests here would be happy to point out some consideration to these people. The topic of the sorrowful lounger-reservators, who do not show up after all, also needs improvement.

A must to tap out and be with nature

The rooms were perfect and cozy. The scenery was AMAZING. My room was 51 and it overlooked the infinity pool, gardens and mountains with the gondola. I felt like it was a fairytale. The service was outstanding and everyone called you by name! The spas were modern and spacious with loads of relaxation rooms. Fresh air and amazing hiking trails. The owners were always available and welcoming. A must for anyone that wants to be with nature
