Basic accommodations. Staff was outstanding. Location is very convenient to train station and pedestrian zone. Lots of shopping and dining close.

Dark Ceckin area

I arrived at night, 2 out of 3 check-in options did not work. Passport reader not visible at the check-in machine, as everything is very dark. On the first day there was no breakfast, a prior notification on or in the room would have been nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only bright spot: friendly staff at the good breakfast buffet.

Solid hotel in a central location

The entrance to the parking garage is two blocks away, there is direct access to the hotel. The friendly reception explains to us that we should leave the key card in the room when we check out, "we'll be back at 12".
My single room on the 4th floor can be reached by elevator. It is modernly furnished, the location facing the back courtyard is quiet. The narrow single bed stands freely in the room. The TV has a basic selection of channels, mostly in low resolution. There are no radio channels, the WiFi is stable. When adjusting the heating, the handle of the thermostat comes off and cannot be reattached. I would have liked to inform reception about this, but they don't get back until midday.
The clean bathroom is a bit old. It has enough storage space, the toilet is surprisingly low. Guests with hairstyles should bring their own hairdryer.
The central location in the city center ensures short distances when planning the evening program.
The breakfast buffet is solid, there is the (unavoidable?) scrambled eggs made from liquid egg, but also hard-boiled eggs. Coffee specialties come from the machine.

Value for money absolutely inappropriate, nothing renovated for decades

Unfortunately not recommended. Price for what is offered absolutely inappropriate. At 05.30 in the morning you are woken up by the delivery truck of the neighboring supermarket, which unloads with a lot of noise. Sleeping with the window closed is also not possible because there is no air conditioning. The curtains are too short and too narrow, so the room cannot be reasonably darkened. Small and outdated bathroom. Nothing renovated in decades. Mattresses aucch not comfortable. Reception staffed only from 12.00.

It is very central, that's great. The elevator did not work though. Personal was very friendly. I found everything I needed, also water was provided
