Hyde park villas ..everything you need!!

It's a great place to stay. There was 4 of us,my parents, me and my 5 year old. It suited all of us ...and the villa had everything ..coffee machine,Jacuzzi, pool, air con, shops and beach nearby and super helpful staff.4 star accommodation rather than 3!!

Overnight stay on the Swabian Alb

This is a former casino of the barracks in Engstingen, now Haid industrial park. The young lady who takes care of the reservations and breakfast is very nice and helpful.
The hotel specializes in events and weddings, which then also stay here. There is no gastronomy. For a "normal" overnight stay this is not recommended, The area is already very far away from the shot.

Nice venue for events

We went there for a family event and found it spacious & fitting for the headcount we had, the food is good and despite the limited english of the staff we were well taken care of. We did not go anywhere else but stay there for the event that went on until the early morning, most of us spent the night there, I found it convenient to have some place to sleep next door afterwards.The beds are comfortable and all the basics were there. Breakfast was filling, there could be more variety nonetheless it was sufficient for a first meal for the day and again we were well looked after for whatever we asked for that the staff can provide.

Two night stay

We stayed for tow night with the kids,the hotel is clean and about 35 km away from Metzagin outlet city
It was clean and the breakfast was good, it's not include in the price .
No one speaks English though the service was very good .
For family with kids it it's fair I'm not sure there is auger market close to the place .
You can prepare your own cup is tea which was very important after a day full of adventures .
The hotel and it's location are depressing .

Nicht zu empfehlen!

Wir haben 2 Zimmer für 2 Nächte ohne Frühstück gebucht. Das Check-in hat etwas holprig funktioniert, da am Anreisetag eine Hochzeitsgesellschft feierte und das gesamte Personal damit beschäftigt war. Nach langer Suche haben wir dann doch eine Dame gefunden, die den Check-in für uns durchführte. Die Zimmer entsprechen den Fotos, könnten jedoch etwas gründlicher gereinigt werden (zB zahlreiche Fingerabdrücke an Möbeln und Türen von Vormietern). Die Nacht war aufgrund der Hochzeitsfeier etwas laut. Groß war die Überraschung jedoch am nächsten Abend als wir nach einem Ausflug zurück ins Hotel kamen und unsere Zimmer nicht gereinigt/aufbereitet waren - kein Zimmerservice und keine neuen Handtücher. Im Hotel und dazugehörigen Restaurant war kein Personal anzutreffen - wir versuchten telefonisch jemanden zu erreichen - Fehlanzeige: nur Anrufbeantworter.
Die 2. Nacht war ruhig da ja alles geschlossen war - und dann am Morgen ohne Dusche & Co die Abreise.
Am Nachfolgetag kam dann der Rückruf, ob man uns helfen könne - da waren wir aber schon wieder zu Hause. Die Reklamation wegen dem nicht durchgeführten Zimmerservice wurde mit einer lapidaren Entschuldigung abgehandelt. Wir kommen oft in diese Gegend - aber sicher nicht mehr in dieses Hotel!
