Very Unhappy
The promised complementary breakfast was not available. The milk was old and smelly and there was no joghurt.
We will definitely not come back.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations.
As communicated prior to your arrival, Uis experienced unusually high temperatures during that period, and we informed you that mosquito net installations were delayed. We also offered to assist with alternative arrangements and extra fans.
To clarify, we do not offer a full breakfast service. We provide a simple complimentary self-help option (cereal and long-life milk) for guests departing early for activities such as Brandberg walks. That said, we will review your feedback regarding the milk to ensure it meets our standards.
We are proud of the experience we offer, reflected in our consistent 5-star reviews, and we always aim to communicate transparently and assist our guests as best as possible in a remote environment.

The welcoming was super awesome, rooms are very neat, is peacefull and quiet. Mind refreshing.
