Genuine Hospitality and Stress-Free Logistics

We had a fantastic stay at BL Guest House. The accommodations are simple and honest—exactly what you need when visiting the stunning Lake Khuvsgol. Everything was clean and adequate for a comfortable stay in this remote area. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the host. The hospitality was unmatched, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. He even took us on a local tour of the area and we got to meet his beautiful extended family.
Additionally, the owner took all the stress out of the trip by arranging seamless transportation to and from Ulaanbaatar. If you want a reliable, warm, and authentic experience at the lake, I highly recommend staying here.

Mongolian kindness and hospitality

On a solo trip, I was greeted with great kindness and hospitality by the family. Small cozy cabin, wifi, breakfast. The guesthouse is located at the beginning of Lake Khövsgöl, which can be reached on foot, as well as a café and several convenience stores.

Winter In Northern Mongolia

My first solo trip to this country was made extra memorable by BL Guesthouse. They helped with my trip logistics at a reasonable rate, giving me the freedom to explore on my own.

Stayed in BL guest house 6 days either side of a horse trek organised by the hosts. An unforgettable experience

Had an amazing time staying in Hatgal before doing a 13-day horse trek through Darkhad valley. Great food and very friendly, generous hospitality. Went out the way to help us and make sure we had the best experience, along with comfy beds and a warm room to sleep in.

cheap price with basic facility

cheap price with basic facility, location a bit far from center and no any view of it but price is best. wifi and communication also ok but a bit commercial. near with hiking or pier. but not easy to locate as google & mapsme is wrong
