Excelente Ubicación

El hotel es cómodo, es una excelente opcion si planeas ir a Mérida con tu familia y quieres tener al mimso timepo comodidad y estar cerca de los lugares para visitar, esta a 10 miutos caminando del Paseo Montejo, ademas por su cercania al Consulado Americano te queda mas que perfecto para el tramite de la VISA, a dos cuadras hay oxxos, desde elmomento en que llegas te hacen sentir como en casa, no le pide nada a los hoteles como Holiday o Hyatt

Bad experience

Lousy service by the staff, are rude, the common areas restricted until 6 pm, lock the terrace and do not allow you to access after that time the parking.The smell of very strong gas.
I do not recommend it at all

So bad experience

The reception guy was terrible, not attention at all, The rooms are not clean enough, it's not really a clean hotel at all, the pool was filthy, even though it is a really cheap price it's not worth it. They dont even have an elevator in a five floors building.

Pésimo servicio al cliente

No cuenta con personal con actitud de servicio, en el área de alberca tiene un horario poco accesible, y en las noches si quieres comprar de cenar y sentarte en las mesas que se encuentran afuera no se puede, no hay acceso a esa área común sin excepción, no cuentan con servicio de desayuno, solo ofrecen café sin leche, los de recepción no saben darte sugerencias de lugares cercanos a dónde ir a desayunar, el estacionamiento no es adecuado en tamaño solo caben aprox 10 vehículos pequeños y si se llena antes de que regreses al hotel, cierran la puerta y te tienes que estacionar en la calle.
Solicitamos una almohada extra y nos comentaron que no contaban con más almohadas, la limpieza del cuarto es mediocre, solo tienden la cama y listo, no dan shampoo ni jabón de tocador, las camas duras como piedra.
Estuvimos 4 noches y no nos quedaron ganas de regresar, el costo no lo vale, definitivamente.
