The property is truly wonderful. The facilities, surroundings, and vineyards make it a very special place to stay.
One suggestion for improvement would be to let guests know in advance that having a car is highly recommended. There are limited transportation options, and there isn’t much to do within walking distance or inside the resort itself.
It would also be very helpful to better communicate the events taking place at the restaurant. During our stay, there was a special themed evening with live music, but we only found out after it had already started. We would definitely have attended if we had known beforehand.
I have stayed at Casa Molle, a boutique hotel in Chile with a similar concept, and I believe it could serve as a great benchmark. There, the experience is enhanced by a heated pool, a luxury spa, and meals included, which encourages guests to spend more time enjoying the property. Incorporating some of these elements could make the guest experience even more exceptional at what is already a beautiful destination with tremendous potential.

The best resort I stayed at in Mexico

One of the best resorts I stayed at! It’s so converted the staff are kind and welcoming. Will definitely be staying here again but this time for a week!

Excellent place to visit.

Excellent place to visit. We loved it. Benjamin treated us very well but all the staff was just as great. I completely recommend it.

We had a lovely stay. The staff was extremely helpful in arranging transportation for every activity we chose. The property is beautiful and very peaceful. Would definitely go back.
