Nice place, great to spend a comfortable night

The hotel is a bit hidden but has a very nice presentation, rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and everything went smoothly, I'll definitely return to this place when I'm at Celaya.

Clean Rooms and Hospitable Staff

The rooms were large and clean. Staff was extremely accommodating, friendly. Off-street parking was available just down the street, and a nice steakhouse-type restaurant about 4 blocks away. On fourth floor there was a nice terrace to gather with friends. Would definitely stay here again!

The best hotel en celaya GTO. Excellence servicio and all staff are excellent .....

All the staff are very caring and knowledgeable of everything we needed specialy when we were not from that town. I really love staying in hotel cano, the cleanliness are very excellent everyday the room we stayed in always clean where ever we go in the hotel is clean and friendly, simple. And is all so close to the markets, stores, bus terminals, and walking distance for all your shopping needs.. Thank you hotel cano staff for always giving me and my husband an excellent customer service. This trip was unforgettable I will remember this days I stayed in hotel cano. Thank you and have a wonderfull day...:)

Hotel muy modesto con buen servicio

El servicio es muy bueno. Aunque aparentemente hubo una confusión con mi reservación, el personal de recepción fue muy amable en todo momento. La habitación estaba bien, pero muy muy modesta con una televisión viejita. El baño limpio pero bastante reducido. De acuerdo con su página de internet, el hotel tiene gimnasio, pero solo tiene 3 aparatos: una bicicleta fija que rechina cuando la usas, una bicicleta de spinning, y uno de pesas que no parece funcionar bien, además de que el interruptor de la luz no funciona. En el 3o piso hay una terracita padrísima para relajarse y una sala también muy acogedora.
El desayuno es a la carta y está bien aunque tiene opciones limitadas y no está incluido, lo cual es entendible ya que el precio por habitación es muy bajo. Lo más destacado es sin duda el excelente servicio en todas las áreas del hotel.
No tiene elevador.
Recomendable si no eres quisquilloso y solo llegas a dormir.

Visita de trabajo, que se convirtió de placer.

Este pequeño gran hotel tiene un gran ambiente, desde la recepción todos los colaboradores, buscan que te sientas como en casa, la amabilidad y el buen trato distingue al personal de este gran hotel.
Las habitaciones muy limpias y con camas muy cómodas, las superiores tienen una linda vista.
El pequeño frigobar ayuda a que puedas tener lo indispensable para un bocadillo de media noche. La implementación del desayuno bufette, ayuda mucho para el momento de salir a trabajar.
Llegué por trabajo, pero el gran trato de los colaboradores del Hotel Cano te hacen sentir en un viaje de placer.
