An amazing stay at this stunning resort!
This is an absolutely gorgeous resort. Its a special experience from arrival to departure. We had two butlers during our stay: Edgar and Erick. Both were professional, courteous, and attentive without smothering you. They made our dinner reservations every night, and took care of any questions and concerns while we were there. The food is the absolutely best we've ever had at any resort. They even made me a cappuccino martini, although they had never heard of it before. It was delicious! This resort leaves you feeling spoiled in the best way! We would definitely return, without any hesitation.

Good for your soul
A tiny island off the coast from Cancun, Impressions Isla Mujeres By Secrets left a massive impression on us. Wow- I felt so well taken care of from the get go. Once you arrive to the marina, where we checked in, Edgar took great care of our luggage and of us.
To be honest this review was getting very long, I could literally go on for days about all the great staff and service we met with, and hope to meet again. Here’s a list of those staff and service who helped make our trip extra special.

Perfect Anniversary Trip
Our stay was a perfect getaway for our anniversary trip. The food was amazing through tour the hotel with gourmet food and drinks throughout the day. Our hotel room was cleaned twice a day and the whole hotel was clean throughout . The hotel is designed beautifully with details throughout . The rooftop had a Miami feel and was a beautiful place to watch the sunset . Our personal butlers Erik and Edgar was so helpful and amazing throughout . Isla Mujeres is a beautiful safe island that we enjoyed bike riding every morning. The catamaran ride to and from the hotel was enjoyable and efficient . We would definitely come back to this hotel .

Loved our stay but had payment issues
The bottler service was the best. Our bottler was Erick and Edgar. Our bike tour guide April / Abril was great . We truly enjoyed our time there and would definitely like to come back . However, what made our experience less enjoyable was not having a credit card at hand . We booked our trip through Expedia and we asked to pay fully for our stay prior visiting the resort. Expedia told us the hotel would pull the money from the credit card on the file at arrival. 2 weeks before visiting I contacted the hotel and requested a payment link and the staff told me they would provide me with one. When i contacted the email provided for the booking department, they told me they couldn’t facilitate the link . Fast forward to the day we reach (not having the credit card at hand) Expedia was telling us call the hotel and the hotel was telling us call Expedia. Expedia call the hotel manager and spoke to him and they kept asking me to pay or else I’d have to leave and come back the next day .. I asked to speak to the hotel manager and ask him what Expedia told him and he said (Expedia is saying that we didn’t want to pay ) which is not what Expedia was telling us . Then i asked the manager for a payment link and he said it can not be facilitated because is Sunday and the person who does that is not working on Sunday . (Why would you operate on a Sunday then ?) then they said they can’t provide the link because we were already there and that’s the hotel policy . The policy says nothing about pay on property

So we assumed that half payment on day of booking and half payment on the day of checking in the hotel with the credit card on file. So after a long and exhausting 7 hours of traveling on plane we were welcomed with all this trouble and we had to use the money we took (cash ) to pay for an entire night and that’s what we were trying to avoid . We were very disappointed and disturbed because our first day was troublesome . We were limited as we didn’t remain with much cash to tour around and do extra activities outside of the hotel . Because after that we went to a next location and Expedia took full payment for the next hotel without any issues . So we didn’t expect this incident to happen.

Amazing service
Our butlers Amairani and Wedizon were both amazing. They communicated daily to make sure we had a wonderful experience and they exceeded our expectations.
