Good hotel

Many thanks to Mr. Aziz for his warm Welcoming and professionalism. As soon as we arrived, he welcomed us with a lot of kindness and a big smile Always available and attentive, he made our stay very pleasant. A word also for the lady who manages the establishment: a remarkable person, very caring and always present to make sure everything goes well Thank you to the whole team for this great experience

Fawlty Towers but not as much fun!

To start when we arrived the lady at reception was not welcoming at all & seemed like an inconvenience. The rooms had a strange odour, some of the sewer. Some had no hot water. Power points were hanging out of the wall, obviously the room hadn't been vacuumed for quite some time as the carpet was filthy. The one positive I have is the kitchen staff were all very pleasant at meal times & very helpful.

Pass hotel to Marrakech

Bicycles on the street in front of the reception. No problems
Osquarts are apartments. Mine had 2 more rooms completely empty
There are no doors and the 2 that exist are the hallway and the toilet that are vandalized and with holes.
Good air conditioning and the hot bath.
had no place to hang clothes
Good breakfast
It is about 10 minutes walk from the main square
