Our best accomodation in Morocco!

This was by far our favorite accommodation during our trip to Morocco—a truly special place that left a lasting impression. Under the attentive and thoughtful care of the owner, Norbert, the hotel feels like much more than the sum of its parts.
All details have been carefully considered: the elegant décor, the immaculate cleanliness, and the lush, vibrant plants that bring life to the terraces and common spaces. Its location is ideal—close enough to the Medina to explore with ease, yet tucked away just enough to offer needed tranquility.
The team were unfailingly kind and helpful, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay, and the breakfast was a delightful experience. Recently renovated, the hotel feels fresh, refined, and truly exceptional.
We only wished we could have stayed longer—it has that unmistakable je ne sais quoi that makes a place not just memorable, but unforgettable.

Excellent accommodation and host

Very beautiful and comfortable accommodation in walking distance to the attractions in the Medina. Nobert and his helper Saleh was a wonderful host and made us feel welcomed. During departure they provided breakfast even at 4.00am. Also My daughter left our tablet in the accommodation which we realised only during check in at the airport. Saleh was kind enough to bring the tablet to the airport in time for our flight.

Villazancot, a surprising guest house full of charm in the heart of Tangier.

We spent a very pleasant week in Tangier with friends this October. We enjoyed the city very much, but staying at Villazancot guest house was for us a wonderful experience. We chose it thanks to the good comments read on the internet but the reality on the spot surprised us very pleasantly: a beautiful old house renovated with taste, beautiful furniture, spacious and elegant rooms and quiet and warm Mood thanks to the owners always caring for us: Thank you Norbert and Salah for these rich homemade breakfasts and for your good advice on places to visit. We left determined to come back!

A 5-star quality place to stay in Tangier

A 5-star quality riad/hotel very close to the Medina. The proprietor, Monsieur Norbert and Saleh were the perfect host! The breakfast they prepared everyday was the best we had during our 3+ weeks in Morocco where we travelled through Casablanca, Marrakech, Fes and Tangier. What makes this place even more special is the warmth and hospitality. Monsieur Norbert is a well-traveled man, who obviously knows and understands what can make a stay even more special.

Charm and quality close to the medina

We stayed in a dream villa.
The rooms are tastefully decorated are very clean and the bedding is of excellent quality. Norbert is very caring and his breakfasts are varied and hearty. The location is ideal for visiting Tangier.Princess Nakba will welcome you with great affection.
