Places to avoid, there are thieves, watch out for yourself

A good hotel

The hotel was good, nice rooms and good food, but we had a very bad experience as some guests had a birthday party in their room and made so much noise that nobody could sleep. We - and othet guests - complained several timrs to the reception but they did nothing to stop it so we got very little sleep that night

Average hotel

Hotel Malta was the second stop from our organized trip in Morroco.
Not sure where exaclty the hotel is located because we arrived late in the evening and it was dark. Also we left early in the morning without a chance to look aroud.
We recevied a room looking to a place where the AC and ventilation systems are located. Avoid at any cost! It is very noisy, no soundproof windows.
Room is big enough and clean. Smell of cigarettes because it is allowed to smoke everywhere! Bathroom was clean, very basic.
The hotel grounds are clean, smell of cigarettes again. Internet is paid! 2017!!!
along with the accomodation we had a dinner and breakfast! Each of them very poor, cheap meals, not enough variety. Not pleased at all! The dessert for dinner - only fruits - banana, apple and strawberry which are chopped together and mixed in small bowls. By this people like me who have allergy to strawberries stayed without dessert!
Again this is not a 4 star hotel. Mostly 2 + star hotel.
It is ok for 1-2 nights.

Another hotel for tourbuses stopping one night

This hotel is ok for a night or so.
Our room was very large,- we had to bedrooms with the bathroom between.
The bathroom was large, nice and clean.
The evening dinner was ok and the wine fairly good (but not cheap).
The hotel also had a bar/nightclub area.
Breakfast was average but acceptable.
WiFi was frre and working fairly ok.

One night stay - really good

We stayed here for one night as part of our RSD cultural tour of Morocco and thought it was one of the better hotels we stayed in. Our room (604) was fabulous and very large. Bed com comfy and clean. No noise as on top floor. WiFi very good and free. Good food, first time we'd had fruit salad in days!! The only negative was that there was no hairdryer in the room, unfortunately I didn't realise until I got out of the shower after after a very busy day. Went back down in life to find reception full of another tour arriving, however receptionist could see my problem ( wet hair) and hands one over straight away. Would recommend this hotel and room 604...
