Good value for money
I stayed here for five night’s as a solo traveller. some of the reviews I read before coming were a little bit concerning! But my room was really nice very modern and was cleaned every day. The hotel grounds were kept immaculate.
I thought it was good value for money. It’s not five star hotel, so people shouldn’t really expect that. Lunch was my favourite meal of the day. There was a good selection of salads. There could’ve been more of a selection at breakfast and I noticed lots of tiny flies around the cucumbers and tomatoes, which put me off! but I always found something to eat. Dinner was good, one night I had beef stew, huge chunks of stewed beef and purée courgette’s. I like moroccan food. I Can’t understand why people go to Morocco and want chicken nuggets and chips! drinks were a little disappointing, but I find that in most all-inclusive hotels.
If you come out the hotel and do a left there’s lots of restaurants and the beach, I walked along the beach in the morning alone, there was lots of people jogging up and down, but there was a lot of rubbish on the beach, the bins were overflowing. I didn’t feel comfortable going out in the evening alone, so stayed in the hotel.
The hotel is nice and good value for money, but I wasn’t keen on Agadir.

10/10 holiday
We had an amazing stay here. The hotel staff welcome you like you’re their family. Nothing is too much for them. I can’t fault the hotel at all, this was the best holiday me and my family have ever had.
In particular the animation and bar staff are incredible. Big mention to Yas the photographer, Emma from the kids club and Qasim (animation) and Dahar from the pool bar. All animation team were amazing though and make so much effort with the guests. We enjoyed the evening entertainment particularly.
There was plenty of options for food and we never went hungry.
The room was nice, and there was a good shower and comfy bed.
The location was brilliant; and we loved visiting the private beach area.
We loved the sports bar too and obviously spent a lot of time around the pool!
Oh and the hotel has a garden of turtles
We will be returning!

Poor, wouldn't go if you have a food allergy.
Stayed here for 2 weeks, unfortunately it wasn't a pleasant stay, the food was often under cooked and cold, there was plenty of selection. My husband who has an food intolerance was ill for quite a days, due to either cross contamination or just plain ignorance. The kitchen staff where very unhelpful, they plated him a meal up, which was stone cold, he was pointed to a microwave to warm it up. The hotel was close to the beach so we spent the most of our time there. The the room was ample and fortunately the tv was showing films my husband could watch when he wasn't running to the loo. The all inclusive alcohol was mmmm what can I say. There is a very nice restaurant across the road that understood about gluten and how to avoid poisoning someone.

Amazing hotel for a two week family holiday.
The staff in all areas were friendly and helpful from the reception team to the bar staff and the entertainment team. The hotel had many activities available throughout the day. The beach was a short walk away with a designated sun lounger area. There were always loungers accessible to sun bathe and the dining area had ample accessible availability at clean tables for breakfast,lunch and dinner. Overall a very enjoyable holiday for all the family

Hassan Erryas and Yousef and Hotel Reception
Fantastic people working here. Very good staff. Amazing help, hospitality and entertainment. Amazing food. Hotel organized well. Best localization. Clean beach. Hassan Erryas and Yousef are fantastic. Moreover, people working at hotel reception are the best. Security people are very nice to guests.
