HAPPY
A wonderful place in Agadir! I love Morocco and this hotel made my stay there unforgettable. Everything was perfect, especially the swing pool and restaurant I really liked. Thanks for the hospitality!

DON'T STAY HERE
The entrance is lovely, the rest of the hotel is awful. We were initially given a room on 4th floor. The door and lock to which looked to have been broken into at some time. My husband has vertigo took one out the window and went to ask for a room on a lower floor. Was glad to move as the room didn't look good at all. The staff were helpful and moved us to the second floor. This is where the problems started. The fridge was not plugged in and looked old and decrepid the door would not close so someone had put a catch on it to keep it shut. The insideof the fridge door was smashed. The plug socket was hanging off the wall. We informed staff who send someone to "fix" the plug. He plugged it in and left, a few days later the fridge was making a racket and one side was too hot to touch. My husband unplugged it and found the socket hadn't been fixed at all,just shoved back in wall . He went and asked for a new fridge which was delivered and installed and was in reasonable condition. Mean while the hob was plugged in by going through a cupboard door so it wouldn't shut and the wiring under the hob was held together with black tape as it was stretched too much. There was 2 rusty air-conditioning units on balcony which didn't work, wiring exposed at the back. Tv didn't work.some sockets didn't work and some coming off wall. The tap in room was rusty and dirty. The one in bathroom was very loose. The bathroom had no ventilation and had mould on grouting and cracked tile on shower step.The mirror was all rusty around the edge and had been stuck ontop of another older rustier mirror!. The ONE OUTDOOR POOL looked clean, however the steps were loose, the rinse shower pouring water from push button instead of shower head. Paint and plaster pealing from all walls. Never any toilet paper in poolside toilet. Electric wires dangling down. Most of sun loungers were broken, the mats on them were dirty. No sun shades or tables on poolside. No restaurant, no snacks available, not even a vending machine. Had to go down street to get everything from local shop. Lights on our corridor didn't work. Light on bottom stairs to pool not working. Everywhere Paint and plaster coming off walls. Staff tried but alot of this was beyond them . Had a friendly maid who kindly left me a bottle of bleach to deal with the giant cockroches infesing the whole room. One was the size of a mouse with the others somewhat smaller. We are quite good at dealing with bugs but this was quite a trial in itself without any of the other issues. The one star is for the staff who tried to help. It is by far the worst experience I've had and I have travelled to many places over many years. It's not a 4star, 2 star best and that's pushing it. I felt like I was in an episode of Fawlty Towers, with Bazil about to turn up to help catch the cockroch instead of the rat in the tv series. Also the sea shore is a good 15 minute walk away, it is certainly not near the beach, let alone on the beach.

Shocking. Would not recommend to anyone.
To put it simply. This is only a 2 star hotel. Not a 4 star. The top reviews must have been written by the hotel itself. Avoid as all costs, it has no air conditioning at all. Cables have been cut and left exposed. Electronics' are shocking and more than likely get a shock from any of the appliances. The TV doesn't work at all.
The shower is disgusting, smells because of no ventilation. No condiments at all. Everything is rusting, including the kitchen tap.
The pool area is a trip hazard.
It is 17mins from the beach down a steep hill through building sites.
So nowhere near the beach.
There are no indoor swimming pool as advertised. Also no restaurants, no where to be able to get a snack or drink, or a vending machine.
The staff try there best. to help but not a lot they can do.
Quote/ unquote they rate there own hotel as a 1.5 star.

The welcome was pleasant. The stay went well. Beautiful pool. Quiet and relaxing
