Great location, close to everything

Thank you to the team for accommodating all 15 of us in your apartments. What a great spot, close to everything. The apartments were very comfortable and had everything you needed. The rooftop was a bonus, we enjoyed take-away pizzas one night overlooking the sea. We are already planning our next trip back!

Not the best!!!

Self catering so one has to keep up to the place daily as no one comes near from start to finish. But how can you keep a place clean if there isn’t even a sweeping brush??? Then there’s the recycling issue - it appears the management expect you to buy bin bags!!! That’s extreme penny pinching frankly.
Mosquitoes - loads of the b*ggers! And no wonder! There’s an inch gap under the balcony French windows which also results in a howling gale at ankle level. We got bitten to b*ggery!!!
The shower - numerous drill holes in the wall of the ‘cubicle’ but the shower head is fixed now at waist level, so not much use really! And the ‘cubicle’ is an ill fitting curtain which means one shower and the floor is awash. The result is smelly, soaking hand towels. We did request a resolution and got given some worn out, grubby old hand towels. And of course there’s no mop.
Furniture - second hand shop specials with collapsed cushions and severely dusty. Makes me itch just writing this!
The stairs!!! Plastic fittings, unfinished hand rail, super narrow… and so creaky you don’t dare go down to the loo before breakfast for fear of waking the entire apartment. And that’s before you even open the sliding doors on the two bedrooms which make enough noise to wake the dead let alone the apartment occupants!!!
The front door - open the door and you could immediately plummet down two very big steps so it’s bl**dy dangerous. Add to which there’s numerous small steps in the corridor to catch you out!!!
The sun terrace - access is LETHAL! No hand rail at the top and nothing preventing a serious fall in the dark - and of course the terrace is unlit!
On the plus side there’s a huge 8 (?) bulb chandelier… with one bulb in it. The curtains don’t open unless you knot them up out of the way and so it’s as gloomy as the pit of Haedes.
All in all this place is a second rate rip off with practically nothing to recommend it apart from its location.

I am fully satisfied with Valletta dream suites .. a perfect apartment for my needs, clean near the center .. with professional staff and gentile.lo suggest it to those who do not want to have bad surprises .. Ada and Marilena from Cagliari

Ideal location

Ideal location near tourist sites and restaurants, comfortable bed, apartment with all comforts. No view, only courtyards. Could not see the roof terrace closed in November.

Disappointing and unsafe

I have never seen so many trip hazards in one apartment building! And that's before you get to the room. To reach the bedroom you have to go up a literally shaky stair case made of plastic. The ceiling is so low that if you were 6'2" you'd be banging your head. The bed is last century and all the furniture is rickety. For 200+ euro per night they could provide decent coffee too. When I arrived the power was out and there is zero back up, no torches, candles, nothing. Very very average
