Cool, Comfortable, Welcoming!

The hotel is beautifully furnished in a bright contemporary manner and so central to everything in Valletta that getting around at a hot, busy time of year was really easy. After a tiring day of sightseeing the hotel always seemed just a short walk away. The staff were all wonderfully welcoming and genuingly friendly, answering multiple questions from a couple who are not good at following Google maps! The taxi ordered by the staff picked us up ten yards from the door. We would love to have spent longer than our 5 nights and would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to friends and other family.

Very clean, modern, very nice hotel in a fantastic location if you want to enjoy the nightlife, cafes, bars, music along Strait Street. I only have one complaint. They pump so much "air freshener" into the lobby and public areas that it nearly makes your eyes water. It seeps into the rooms. Also the hand soap and lotion in the bathroom have got to be 50% perfume; and not good expensive perfume, the rancid cheap perfume that your aunt Bertha would wear. My wife made the mistake of trying some of the lotion on her legs and she nearly had to take a shower afterwards to get the stink off of her. Maybe it's something about Malta since we noticed the same type of overpowering "air freshener" in the three separate rides we took from the local Bolt ride share company. In any case, I would highly suggest that management squelch the air fresheners and just let people breathe normal air. And switch out the soap and lotions to something that is fragrance-free. Your guests will thank you for it.

Stunning hotel, beautiful rooms, helpful friendly staff, great breakfast and perfectly located in the heart of Valetta. Our only issue was the pool, beautiful views but not enough beds to go around. We then felt guilty using a restaurant table for bags despite it being empty. Also, my partner and son tried the midnight swim and were very much looking forward to the experience. We were told it was a calm and serene looking at the stars session and warned it was quiet so as not to disturb other guests (a sublet warning given we have two boys). After staying up my partner and eldest got there to find a busy bar filled with public and nothing about the swim. Our eldest son was devastated. The hotel is stunning, smells divine but perhaps not best suited to families with younger children such as ourselves.

5 Star Hotel and 5 Star Staff

We have just returned from a 5 night stay at the Embassy. What a delightful break it proved to be. Superb in every way.
From the moment Reece greeted us on check in with a glass of Prosecco and a smile, up to leaving this morning, we received first class service throughout.
The Location could not have been better, 4 to 6 minutes walk to all the major attractions. The staff were extremely helpful with advising on local sightseeing, restaurants , bars , and outings.
The Atmosphere was one of relaxation and great service from all the staff. We were even escorted by Abbey to a nearby restaurant one evening !
Rooms were spotless and a mini bar stocked for our arrival. Very comfortable bed and facilities.
Breakfast was superb with views of Malta from the rooftop restaurant, nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
We enjoyed the roof top pool and sun beds, the staff handing out free cooling watermelon in the afternoon as we soaked up the rays. There is even a cinema for guests in the basement.
5 star service and facilities

Very friendly and professional staff. Amenities were fantastic, rooftop pool with an excellent view. Room was clean and had all the necessities. Would highly recommend this hotel!
