High end hotel

We booked via JET2 so was confident it would be a good hotel, however was not expecting how good it was. We got a side room which didn’t have best view but the room was superb, a queen bed and two large single bunk beds. The room had a walk in shower. The staff that clean our rooms would always come and chat and the rooms were always cleaned to a high standard, if high was the highest level.
Breakfast was amazing, and staff incredible and friendly. We didn’t have dinner in the hotel but looked good.
The Cielo bar was a gem and we went every night, staff were brilliant and cost was expected.
Location of the hotel is great and easy access via taxi anywhere, we even jumped on the gondolas to Valletta.
The hotel is high market and worth every penny.

Fantastic hotel, wonderful staff

Great hotel located in a prime spot on the harbour front. The staff make this hotel a truly fantastic experience, nothing is too much trouble, even the chef meets the diners at breakfast and hands out traditional Maltese snacks.
We booked a harbour view room and the view was fantastic, despite it being on the main road, once the doors were closed we didn’t hear a thing. The team had decorated the room and placed a small birthday treat for my partner as it was his birthday.

Unexpected great

Accidentally we hit the roof top bar in the waterfront hotel. And we were really happily surprised! We stepped into some life music which we really enjoyed and the team of the bar have made it special. Thank you very much, Akhil, Sagnik and Suraj - it was a pleasure to stay there and we definitely will come back!

Dinner at 10live

You must visit the rooftop restaurant for dinner. The meal was fabulous but the service from Rikta made the experience wonderful. The view is beautiful

The team at the restaurant was amazing!

We had an amazing stay at the waterfront hotel. Steven, the chef, greeted us in the morning at breakfast and gave us some fresh pastry. Anu received us in the morning at breakfast with a big smile. The last night we went for dinner at the roof top restaurant. Again it was Anu that came and welcomed us. Rikta and Sohan we’re both also very welcoming and because of them we had a great evening and a fantastic experience. We thank all of them for making this stay rememberable. Thank you!
