The best staff ever.

Just returned from a fab stay at this lovely hotel. Every single staff member are lovely and treat you like friends. Perfectly situated with the beach 10 minute walk one way and a 10 minute walk the other way down to the bay where there are plenty bars & restaurants, the bus is right outside and takes you to Valletta for 2 euros. Lovely pool on the rooftop to cool down in and a beautiful homely bar downstairs. The breakfast is lovely and had plenty choice & something for everyone and the rooms have everything you need.
I would highly recommend staying here, I cant wait to return

Insufficient cleaning and presence of cockroaches

Unfortunately, our experience at Cerviola Hotel was not positive. We found cockroaches in the room and were forced to change rooms. Moreover, the cleaning left much to be desired: hair in the bed, stained tablecloths, and floors that were not well cleaned. Additionally, the furnishings and overall condition of the room seemed rather poor and outdated.
The only positive note was the breakfast, which we appreciated. The staff changed our room, but overall the experience did not meet the standards of a 3-star hotel.

Family hotel

For the price this hotel is perfect,
Rooftop pool serving food open in summer months, friendly staff, pool clean and suitable for kids, plenty of sunbeds.
Rooms were spotless cleaners there all the time, air con in very room, hairdryer toiletries, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities, safe in room also,
Reception staff very helpful.
Lovely bar joined to hotel also offering food newly opened, shops opposite, bus stop literally outside and breakfast is great, value for money and they do a fantastic job for a 3 star hotel.

Worn down and the swimming pool was in wuite bad condition. Breakfast was okay and the rooms were clean. Very loud music and noise
