Great Location, Spacious Room, But Dated

Stayed 3 nights with family in a 2-bedroom unit. Loved the central location—direct access to the mall was super convenient. The room was spacious and great for families.
However, the unit felt dated. Sofas and carpets showed wear and stains, and one room’s aircon wasn’t cooling well. Bathroom fixtures need maintenance. Housekeeping needs to improve.
Overall, it's a decent average stay , but it could be better.

The hotel and room is very old, the is in dire need of a renovation. Everything in the room and bathroom is old, i would say a 20 year old design and condition.
Price was also high, i paid over rm300 for 1 night and i felt it was not a good value considering the age and condition.

Very old hotel but can see that they tried their best to maintain the facilities in the hotel. The room is very specious and clean! Will definitely come back again.
