Nice hotel. I got chalet this time. The chalet even the price cheaper but the room is ok. Nice to stay. The hotel also next to the beach

The location is excellent, free parking, and near beach ⛱️
The breakfast environment is not clean, many birds eat the food also. Staff already try to protect but birds are still standing above the food.

Nice hotel by the beach, near to Everything, grocery, souvenirs, Foods, very nice location.
Staff are friendly, Room nice. Cleanliness also good.
Defenately will comeback again.

I liked practically everything: location near the Chennai Beach, service, very nice and varied breakfast, fast WiFi even on the balcony.
All the questions were decided by hotel staff very soon. Air condition in the room worked good.
I don’t like 3 things:
1) no shower curtain - everything is constantly in water, no hot water in the tap,
2) there were no chairs and table on the balcony, and the presence of a rooftop does not solve this problem: after a hot day, you want to sit on the balcony,
3) dirty and very tired towels, the quantity of which does not correspond to the level of a 3* hotel.
Kindly ask you please to consider the possibility of installing a plastic table and chairs on the balcony - everyone drags a bench from the room or an ironing board out onto the balcony.
I also find the beds in the Deluxe rooms very short and uncomfortable.
But I would recommend the hotel to my friends and I would come back there myself.

Absolutely Appalling - A Nightmare Stay! (0/5 Stars)
I don't even know where to begin with how utterly disappointed and frankly, appalled, I am with my recent stay at this hotel. The pictures online and on booking platforms must have been from a different decade or a completely different establishment, because what I was given was a dilapidated, unsafe mess.
Upon entering what was supposedly my "room," I was met with a scene of disrepair. There were visible damages everywhere – chipped paint, stained carpets, a broken lamp, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in ages. Worse, some of the fixtures felt loose and genuinely unsafe. This was not what was advertised, and certainly not what I paid for.
Naturally, I immediately contacted customer support, explaining the hazardous and unacceptable condition of the room and requesting a change. Their response was nothing short of infuriating. Not only did they refuse to move me to another room, despite my clear explanation of the issues, but they then had the audacity to demand additional payment to upgrade to a different room! As if it was my fault their advertised room was a disaster. The representative then coldly informed me that I had to "accept it as is."
"As is" is a broken, potentially unsafe room that is a far cry from any standard of hospitality, let alone the images they use to lure customers. This is not just poor service; it's deceptive and completely dismissive of a guest's comfort and safety. I ended up having a miserable night, feeling cheated and ignored.
Save your money and your sanity. Do NOT stay here. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
