Walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, and hawker stores.
Basic but very clean room, friendly staff, availability of free car parks at the hotel ground.
Great street view and mountain views in the distance. Several beaches and shopping malls are within 3 to 6 km drive away from Greenlast Hotel.
Overall satisfactory and comfortable stay for budget conscious travellers. Value for money! Will stay in this hotel again.

The room is very moist and very smelly… even the staff are friendly and location is good, but the smell really not comfortable 😿

I check in late, about 11pm. 2 towel is provided, sadly both is with dark dirt spotted  around the towel. Shower water pressure is terribly low. A empty toilet roll was provided. The bed is dirty with long and short hair spotted. Pillow was dirty as well. With hair and dust spotted. It’s late so I never ask house keeping to replace . The next morning 7.20am I complain to the receptionist and ask for housekeeping soonest. I’m back to the hotel around 11am, nothing change and the reception ask me to wait another 30minutes.

staff is okay. room is veryy big, kinda like 2 separate rooms. must do ironing outside. aircond kinda took some time to get cold, but get very cold after that. the only problem with the room is the smell. they use carpet as flooring and it smelt like socks🥲

Nice place to stay in Kuantan… Highly recommended for those who are in tight budget… Everything is good… Only during my stay, there wifi was not working… 😊😊😊
