This hotel is beyond praise! The main thing is, of course, the pool on the 51st floor, which all guests can visit free of charge, without any appointment. The swimming pool is open from 7 am to 10 pm - you can meet dawns and sunsets, besides perfectly visible from here Petronas and Merdeka towers - the views are breathtaking! We didn't see any crowds there, even the sunbeds were free. The room itself - huge, at least 30 sq m, stylishly furnished, large TV, a pair of armchairs, table, fridge, tea, coffee, sugar. Three towels each, bathrobes and slippers. Spacious bathroom - two sinks, large shower cabin, no bath. Tooth kits, shampoos, shower gel, they're all there. Breakfast is gorgeous! Buffet with a large range, and interestingly arranged: in one place Japanese food, in another - Indian, in a third - Chinese, etc. There are European dishes - even oatmeal. Plus a lot of different baked goods, fruit. Fruit drinks are like natural juices, not from bags. Scared queues for the elevators, as sometimes happens in high-rise hotels, but in two nights of stay they never encountered it. The location of the hotel is also volume - ten minutes walk he Petronas Towers. Nearby 7 eleven store, McDonald's. Anyway, I recommend it!

holiday experience in Face style hotel Kuala Lumpur
This hotel only sells luxury rooms and pool views! I stayed for 2 days and 2 nights on New Year's Eve. The first day we were really amazed when we entered the room even though the check-in queue was very long and the elevator queue was very long. The first day everything went well. But on the second day I was very disappointed. Where the HK team only cleaned the trash. They didn't (replace the bed cover, pillow cover, wipe the table, etc.) very disgusting to the naked eye, it's not visible but I know it wasn't cleaned at all. When I complained, the FO team only followed up with the HK team without any updates or compensation to us. At 8 pm the HK team knocked on my door to clean again and replace all the bed covers. When I asked why they didn't clean properly? They only apologized. But my baby was already asleep and I refused to be cleaned and disturbed. I didn't feel any hospitality there. The reception team was very indifferent. Only the F&B team was friendly. Bad experience!

Breakfast - wide range of options but the hot food was cold despite being the first ones there.
Initial reception staff woman was not friendly or welcoming at all. During the afternoon we asked for additional towels and the reception staff said this is chargeable which is odd for a hotel. But the receptionist at that time who was a friendly gentleman provided additional face towels.
The room was spacious and kept in good condition. AC was functional in the room.
Unfortunately there was always one lift under maintenance so moving up 36 to 51 floors did take some time.

Great Value, Stunning Pool — But Leave Your Ring Light at Home
Let me be upfront: if you’re here to film your morning pool routine with the Petronas Towers as a backdrop, you’ll love The Face Style. If you’re just a regular traveller, it’s still a solid choice — just go in with eyes open.
The pool is genuinely spectacular. The infinity views over KL are as good as the photos suggest. The problem? Everyone else knows this too. At any given moment, half the pool deck is occupied by someone filming themselves rather than actually swimming. It’s less a place to relax and more a live TikTok set. Get there before 8am and it’s a completely different, magical experience.
Room finishes are better than the price point suggests — good quality, clean and modern. Genuinely impressive value for money in one of KL’s most central locations.
One operational gripe — the lifts. The warnings online are completely accurate. With a hotel full of influencers heading poolward at peak hours, the wait can feel endless.
The verdict: stunning pool, comfortable rooms, great value and location. Just don’t expect a tranquil retreat.
